So far we have been very pleased with Village Green Memory Care of McKinney. The caretakers there are very nice and they really seem to know how to take care of the residents. Moms only been there a couple of months, but as mentioned we really like what we are seeing. Charity the manager is a gem, she really is laid back person and fully understands the needs of a dementia patient. A completely different atmosphere from where Mom was before. Thanks to Charity and her crew of nice ladies.

WOW!! I cannot say enough positive comments about Charity and her staff at Village Green. My uncle was at Village Green because we had to move him with very little notice from another local facility that was not meeting his needs. Charity and her staff immediately worked hard to support my uncle, provided him with excellent care on ALL shifts. Charity had procedures in place and works very hard to ensure her staff is trained and supporting of all residents. This is a wonderful facility! I highly recommend it if you need memory care for you loved one.

This community is the perfect memory care home for my mom. She has a spacious room with a wonderful outdoor view. The facility is beautifully maintained, the staff is friendly, compassionate and well trained. The manager, Charity, is very involved in the caregiving and goes above and beyond. She is dedicated and compassionate about the residents, which is rare. I appreciate this community where my mom is treated well and with dignity.

Charity to the rescue in the time of great need! We needed help. She made it an easy transition. I had previously visited Village Green. I shopped other properties over the last 3 years. Nothing made me feel welcomed like this community. Our family felt most comfortable with Village Green of McKinney. At first glance, it's very inviting and the design has an open concept. I would use words like spacious, light, and airy to describe this property. The staff is always working hard to help the residents. The caregivers are respectful, caring, and loving with the residents. Thank you Charity and staff for all that you do to make my Mother and our family feel cared for and welcomed.

The most important aspect of a memory care community is the staff. The staff at Village Green is excellent. We moved my Mom into Village Green from a facility that had fallen into disarray. My Mom's demeanor and overall health improved greatly. The staff at Village Green has been wonderful.

I would like to thank Charity for helping save and getting my father out of the horrible situation at a facility that was over medicating him to the piont he had not ate or drank anything for 6 days.Our family went to Charity for her help she went and visited my dad and her decision was prompt we move him the next day.I have watched my dad go from not able to hold his cup feed himself to drinking and feeding himself and even stand and take steps to get in his bed from a chair .The staff are the most loving carrying. Crystal, Megan,Tee and all the staff are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend Village Green ..The smiles and laughter my dad shows when we visit says it all.
