Small little fitness center with mostly bicycle equipment. The bathroom is gross. Mostly older people so, older people's equipment and socializing. Small room for a children's center. There's coffee.

Staff is great, always friendly and will greet you by name. Childcare is a plus and everyone seems to be having a lot of fun in the group classes. Weight room is a little lacking when comparing to larger commercial gyms in the area, but it has enough to get the job done. Bonus: it's never packed so waiting for machines in non-existent.

The Y is a fun community experience! Friendly staff and members make it a place you'll look forward to going to. There are a variety of exercise classes for all fitness levels with knowledgeable instructors. There are trainers available to show members how to use the machines correctly. If you've ever been curious about it, check it out, you won't regret it!

Unfortunately this is no longer for families you are much better off joining a gym that is more affordable anyway - they falsely accused my son and his friends of goofing off took our money never called us about whatever they are claiming they did either and would not let them in after being dropped off and are now stranded there they kicked out CHILDREN into the street and not to mention it was not even these boys causing the problems they allowed the boys in causing the problem it’s Opposite Day out there again people. Save your money and sanity.
