The hand weights keep disappearing in the "Gym". When reported, nothing ever gets resolved. They don't seem to find them or replace them. They love to highlight breakfast from 9-10am on Fridays as well as a few other days. Unfortunately it's only from 9 until they decide they don't want to do it, which is about 9:20. These may seem small issues for the outside observer, but you must assume it's the tip of the iceberg of other issues not being resolved.

UPDATE: The management has reached out to me and we’ve had a conversation The breakfast hours have recently changed from 9 to 930 not 9 to 10 as I was previously. Though the breakfast was wrapped up at 9:20 management is going to work on having something available for the full duration of the 30 minutes. On the issue with the weight for the gym management has put an order in for replacements and is seeking the individuals responsible for removing them. I see some upward progress, I hope it continues.

i love this property! i moved my grandma in a few months ago, and i cannot say how much more happy & at peace she has been feeling! the amenities are great! the events they give the community & how engaged the staff is with the tenants is very heartwarming! the leasing lady Christina she was awesome, very respectful & and help us a lot! this property is great & is a very good choice of living! Thank you Overture for the loving experience!!🙏🏽♥️

Can I give a half a star? I lived at this facility for almost 4 years, I notified the manager on staff 6 months ahead of time I would not renew my lease. My reasons were much had changed since I moved in. The care of the facility had gone way down in my opinion. Repairs and renovations took forever to complete. Fire alarms repeatedly went off in wee hours of the morning due sprinkler issues during cold snaps. Residents with pets routinely did not clean up after their animals, with urine and feces in elevators, and hallways. The area has become over-run with construction, traffic, and noise, in what was once a very quiet area. Upon leaving, I was sent notices about pro-rated rent and utility back charges even though I had given over 6 months notice (though the manager apparantly failed to note that in the system) After moving out, and being assessed over $1000 on pro-rated rent and fees for my "failure" to notify them, worked with another manager and reduced that number to an agreeable amount, for which I wrote a physical check, and gave to the facility. The physical check was never processed, due to some "accounting system" issues and Greystar immediately sent me to a collections company. I can tell you for me, I would never do business again with Overture, or their parent company Greystar.

I was needing to move from my apartment, I looked at the different places in the area, when Overture Fairview was recommended by a friend. She said it was a very nice property. I went, and I was amazed by all the people on the staff, they made me feel so welcomed. The first person I meet was Christina, she welcomed me and was in such attractive clothing, she as a person was just so well manicured. She represents Overture beautifully. She was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also noticed how nice and clean the community was it smelled so nice and fresh. These people that work here are very kind, and very professional. I’m so excited about this move and I’m going to tell everyone about Overture Fairview! I’m looming so forward to a win connection here!

I recently visited Overture Fairview, and I was thoroughly impressed! The community is beautifully maintained, with stunning grounds and top-notch amenities. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, answering all of my questions with professionalism and warmth. The atmosphere feels vibrant and inviting, and it’s clear that they offer a great range of activities to keep residents engaged. I left with a very positive impression and would highly recommend Overture Fairview to anyone looking for a high-quality community experience!

The Residents Activities Community keep this place alive. The new Lifestyle Coordinator is a good cook and is raising the quality of our breakfasts (Continental on Mondays and Fridays and Hot breakfast on Wednesdays). She is efficient and good nature. Exercises specially Tai Chi are good quality. Management needs to communicate more.

I am a care taker for a resident here at Overture Fairview & the front staff has always been so kind and inviting. They are always willing to help, Kaitlin, Christina & of course their manager Astrid are amazing. I recommend my patients here all the time!

We have lived here several years and have concerns: These previous few months the community isn't well maintained:

The swimming pool and hot tub need professional maintenance with correct chemicals and regular deep clean. Won't go in the pool or hot tub. Kitchen outside door hasn't work in months, been told you just keep trying it will work. The landscaping around the beautiful Magnolia Trees at the pool are not maintained. light Bulbs out in the exit stairway, light bulbs out in hallways, Need additional lighting in the outside parking lot. Rodent issues, Common hallways floor 2,3, & 4 temperature is to hot.
Maybe this review will resolve some of these continuing issues.
