I'm not giving them one star because it really depends on what services are needed and who you get assigned to, and I think they are probably helpful for some people. I think most of them have good intentions, but it's hit or miss with competency and productivity, and a lot of them are overzealous and assume they know better than parents, doctors, experts, studies, etc. The first NP handling medication management was great, then she disappeared, we got reassigned, and the next guy was incompetent and made dangerous recommendations, so we went elsewhere for medication management. The individual therapist spent the majority of the time playing card games with my daughter, talking about her own life, and pushing her own agenda, so we went elsewhere for therapy. We had two case workers in the 8-9 months we were there, and my daughter seemed to click with the second one. Eventually, we stopped trusting him and his director (who is apparently also the director of Sonora Behavioral Inpatient and having Casa clients referred to Sonora), and I sent him a text requesting to end his services and anything with Casa and another text expressing my disappointment in how they'd handled my daughter's case, the lasting effects it would have on her, and my concerns about the conflict of interest. At that point, I believe they filed a retaliatory complaint against me with DCS that contained a mixture of some of the actual situation and several completely fabricated details to try to make it seem as melodramatic as possible. As other reviewers have recommended, just be cautious and shop around before agreeing to receive services here.

Love the Casa they are great with the kids. The only issue is the change out coordinators so much as well as therapists that there really is no stability.

Be very cautious. I think they struggle to differentiate between how to help and support loving / involved families versus abusive ones. The approach needs to be very different.

We were happy with the NP.

DO NOT EVER take your children here. If you do you might as well surrender all your rights to them. They work directly with DCS and will use them on you. They pretend to care about you and your family but I'm the end they just want more funding for their organization. Your better off with COPE or La Frontera. This place is no good. BEWARE

My child loves their therapist. Most people will want confidentiality protected. So don't expect a lot of details. The building is very modern and well maintained.

My fiancé’s kids have started coming here for family therapy, and doctors evaluations. The whole experience has been pretty painless. They have a nice big waiting room with a play area for the little ones, and the doctors and nurses have been so friendly. They do what’s needed to make you feel comfortable while you’re there. I’ve never liked doctors offices, but this place had me at ease pretty much immediately. They really put kids first. If you have little ones and need help, I will recommend this place every time!

Absolutely unprofessional. I can't go into details other than to say that I would never trust them to be impartial, to keep good records, or to provide accurate information to a court. Do your research before asking for this agency to be assigned to your case, especially if you are a victim of spousal abuse.

The staff at this daycare is amazing. Very honest, straightforward and the price is very good as well. I have a 9 month old infant son and he absolutely loves his caretaker. When we drop him off he does not complain or cry at all. He is all smiles when we come to pick him up everyday. They document everything to a T. The security feature is very nice here I feel that my son is safe when I drop him off.
