I couldn't take it anymore! They said we should expect it to take minimum 4 months to complete the remodel and it was loud (and dusty).
While I could escape for periodic video-conferences, I was having a really had time getting any of my thought work done - for that I need silence with no interruptions.
Fortunately, I found Venture-X. They are less than 3 miles from my home and they had exactly what I need - a great place to think and to work. I signed a 6 month lease for a private office and I have been smashing my work ever since. I have 24-hour, 7 days a week access.
The internet is great (both wired and WiFi), the fully automatic expresso machine makes great expressos, etc. They even found a place for me to park my bike.
As nice as the facilities are, what really makes this place special is the staff - Ron, Hina, & Hira. I had lots of questions at first and they were very kind and patient with me. They facilitated all my requests and just did a great job of welcoming me. It is nice when you walk into a place and the first thing you hear is "Hi John", etc. The spread they put out for a Thanksgiving lunch was serious (see picture).
The location is excellent - right in the Fairview Village, across from The Revolving Kitchen. If you are looking for workspace, you need to check out Venture-X - they also have conference rooms and several different types of workspaces. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, I couldn't caption the photos, there are 3 shots of the Community Space as you open the door, the printer/fridges, the Thanksgiving lunch, and my office. Not sure what order these will be in when it posts.

I had the privilege of visiting and working for the day in this amazing coworking space! It’s conveniently located in Fairview Town Center! I walked to lunch and did some retail therapy during my lunch as well. The atmosphere is so incredible and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. If you are in the Allen or Fairview area and need a private office, meeting room or to work in the open space at a desk, I highly recommend this business! Look at the design and layout! So modern, yet welcoming!

I recently hosted a makeup class at Venture X Allen/Fairview, and it was an outstanding experience! The service was amazing, with a friendly and accommodating staff. The space is great—modern, clean, and perfectly suited for a variety of events. The location is convenient, with ample parking and easy access.

A special shoutout to Hira, who was incredible to work with. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly. The participants loved the atmosphere and the overall experience.

Highly recommend Venture X Allen/Fairview for any event or coworking needs!

Love this beautiful new Venture X Coworking Office space location! It is located right in the heart of the the Fairview Town Center which has a mix of walkable shopping, dining and entertainment options. Plenty of free parking available. The space itself is beautifully designed, I love the large training conference room and honeycomb style seating connected to the main lounge/reception area when you first walk in. The staff there is amazing and attentive to any of your unique business needs. Will definitely be back and make this one of my go-to coworking spaces in the Dallas area.

This is a great company to run your business with. The are a variety of space options and the ownership and employees are fantastic. Always on point, always clean, always a friendly face. A very sophisticated group behind the operations of this large building. Very accommodating.

I have been a member for a year and always appreciate my office space.

This is also a great place to network and advertise. The volume of events and people is a marketing genius.

I walked in asking for a tour, and asked do they offer p.o.boxes. Guy at the front desk ask do I own a business, and we only service businesses. Little did he know, that in fact I own a business that’s been profitable over 10yrs. You judged me on how I was dressed, and never mentioned anything about personal or business intentions. You just asked did I own a business. My money only spends were I’m welcomed, nice try responding and trying to clarify the situation

I was here for an event and I love this space. Perfect for any small event, meetings. Mainly, the hospitality was amazing. Hira who is affiliated to this Venture is an amazing person. She was so easy, charismatic and thoughtful to help. Highly recommended this place.
Also, the dessert she made was amazingggg
