I bought a swimsuit a few days before going to Cancun. I removed labels and tore up, and threw the receipt in the trash. I used it once, and when I got out of the pool, I noticed that it looked discolored in some places. I paid 95.26 dollars that went to the trash. I came back from Cancun, found the pieces of the receipt, and went to Dillards to ask for a refund that they didn't give me.

Do not buy ANNE COLE brand. it is trash

I had a disappointing experience at the Dillard’s fragrance counter. When I approached the counter, I was ignored by the staff despite the area not being busy. After a few minutes of waiting, I had to actively seek help. When I finally got assistance, the staff member seemed uninterested in answering my questions and rushed through the process without providing any recommendations or explaining the products. It felt like they were just trying to get through the transaction as quickly as possible rather than offering any customer service. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I left feeling very dissatisfied. I expected better service from a store of this caliber, especially in a section where personal attention is key. I work at a fragrance store as well and i know they should do better.

I love Dillard’s!
But I do not at all recommend the Southern Living bed and bath linens Dillard’s sells. These items I purchased were lovely to the touch and to look at, but have all come apart and become unwoven in the washer/dryer. The items include bath towels, bed linens, etc.
It may take a few washings before it happens… some fell apart the first wash. I will NOT invest in Southern Living linens again. So disappointed.

Took my Mom to find a blouse. The staff went well beyond pointing to an section, but instead tried and finally found the blouse she was looking for. I am very impressed with this kind of customer service.

I wanted to come here and leave my experience with Farrah she did my daughter make my daughter love her make up Farrah was so nice and patently doing the make up on my daughter we appreciated her work and we would definitely would go back and schedule an appointment again and definitely would recommend her with family & friends my daughter told me her friends half told her yesterday they love her make up also Ramona was so nice and patently help me and explain skin products they both were so nice and patiently on helping us we would definitely go back with them we appreciated their job

A male Senior with white short hair that worked in the department for perfume/cologne was very passive aggressive and ill-mannered. Kept following us around and complained to multiple people about how much we were sampling and wasting. We're just shopping for cologne, of course we are going to try the samples that are out for that purpose. But when we asked him he said he was speaking to someone else so, he wouldn't actually confront us like the child he was acting like. I bet he wonders why he gets no sales / everyone was avoiding him. He was quite aggressive to women telling them they had to smell this and shoving some perfume sticks in their personal space. Wouldn't recommend this location for how horrible this experience was.

I recently had an excellent experience here shopping in the women's section. Adrianna was incredibly helpful in narrowing down clothing that fit the "look" of what I was going for, and was very familiar with the product offerings to help me find the good stuff in the ladies section!! Thank you for all of your help!
Betul helped me finish out the transaction - she was sooo kind and helpful in finding different sizes and so nice to chat with.
