As a houseparent serving at Arms of Hope, it has been an honor and a privilege to promote and demonstrate the reconciliation of relationships.

I have witnessed miracle after miracle, where children are finding Hope in a future, and where mothers find their spark and joy.

We use the trauma informed approach called Trust Based Relational Intevetion in our relationships with residents and with one another who serve on campus.

The community at Arms of Hope is filled with supportive people who are willing to serve no matter the cost. It is a delight to use my gifts and talents in this healing atmosphere at Arms of Hope.

From a devoted Bruce Dunn house mom 😉

Arms of Hope has been a great place to come and serve the last couple of summers. Beyond the opportunities to serve the campus, the campus rolls out the red carpet of hospitality for their guests, the staff is friendly, encouraging, Christ-centered.

Arms of Hope is one of the coolest mission experiences I have gotten to provide for my youth group. It has become one of our favorite places to visit and my teens talk about our experiences all year round.

In addition to the great staff and exceptional hospitality, this last summer my oldest daughter worked there as an intern. She was welcomed with open arms, made to feel seen, valued and absolutely loved being on the staff! I’m excited to get back on campus asap!

Hi, I want to applaud this ministry. I was young, and had a tragedy happen in my life which I regressed for 10 years it was so terrible. No one knew what had happened to me, they just knew that I changed overnight after being abducted. I acted out, I broke the rules, but I was shown love and respect. There is a skedule and high expectations for the children. Yes we were expected to do our chores, and wash our own clothes at 16 years old. But there is a playground, counseling, we attended Camp Deer Run summer camp. We set the table, washed the dishes, vacuumed mopped the house. They were teaching us how to be responsible adults. I even got kicked out of school, they kept me, they drove me to alternative school. Christmas is great, church was great. I am so greatful for there help in my life. I left early of my own free will to quit school. Bad choice. I wish I had of stayed. This world is hard if you don't grow up with the Lord's discipline, strict rules, and structure. I sit here right now writing this as a traumatic brain injury survivor. I would have led a different life if I had stayed and worked the program. No one ever yelled at me or hit me there, like at home.

Boles is an awesome place where the staff completely and totally pour into their kids. Volunteering there is incredibly fulfilling as they had us do tons of work for them to help significantly impact the lives of the people who live there.

My wife and I have supported Arms of Hope monetarily and with volunteer work for multiple years, and have been on both of their beautiful campuses numerous times. This is a quality organization that works with people in need of help. They give single moms and children a safe place from often harmful situations. They help to repair broken areas of their resident's lives, help them to achieve success in the present, and attempt to point them in a healthy and loving direction for a fulfilling future. They deserve our admiration, support, and prayers for success.

I love Arms of Hope - Boles Campus. The work they do is phenomenal and life changing for so those who are in their program --- as well as those who come to volunteer! Their program is based on Christian principles and the residents are taught life skills, offered education opportunities that may never have been available to them otherwise, counselled and taught ways to break destructive cycles that are often generations deep! Arms of Hope is changing the world one life (actually a whole generation by helping mom's become more skilled to raise healthy, emotionally equipped children) at a time by offering love, hope and a future to some that might never have found their way otherwise! It is an amazing program!
