The lady built like a linebacker is super rude. When we walked in, we were greeted with her barking/yelling at us that "We close in 15 minutes!!" I checked my phone, and they closed in 23 minutes. After we walked away to do a quick scan and see if there was anything we wanted, she locked the door so nobody else would be able to enter. She continuously said we have 10 and 5 minutes left in a tone that felt like harassment. Stating very loudly, "It's friday! I want to go home!" When we came to the counter, I asked her how her day was, and she ignored me, stating the total and started tapping her foot impatiently waiting for the money. I checked the time as we walked out of the store. It was 4:51, they still had another 9 minutes to be open. I understand it's a thrift store, and so you can only expect so much. You should, however, expect to not be harassed by the staff. I'm visiting from out of town, and my mom lives locally. She told me that she has had problems with this woman multiple times since she shops there regularly. One of those instances, she told my mom that the price tag was wrong and it was actually a higher price. My mom left her items on the counter and walked away without paying. Yes, we all have bad days, but at this point, it's an ongoing problem.

This used to be a great establishment with thrift store prices with dressing rooms. Now it appears to attempt a "boutique" atmosphere with higher price tags. That alone, is fine enough and yes, for a good cause. But the management/staff at this store must have no oversight because the unprofessional demeanor would be an embarrassment to the non-profit parent organization and is the main reason turning me off to this particular location. For instance, arguing and insults are prevalent in store. In addition, I have been told staff show up to a local free event meant to assist the the community's disadvantaged population and scavenge as much as they can to resell it. I find it pretty distasteful to take items from those who would most benefit from the free help with the intent to "resell" to the community they took it from. This area has a high low-income population so I am not interested in supporting a store that takes from the very community they serve. I suggest you directly support the beneficiary (the Women in Need women's shelter in Greenville) by donating non-perishables and such in lieu of donating to the store. At least until everyone is replaced with staff of more respectable character.

This place is a joke. Half of the stuff in there has a sign that say " not for sale". The women that run this place teeat it like their own personal collection. They are also very rude. I used to like this place, but now it is not worth going. They had a pair of fake designer shoes with a 200.00 price tag. I thoughtit was ridiculous. I won't be back until the women that work there are replaced.

if i could give this place zero stars i would. me and my boyfriend went there to look at furniture. $100 for a small table, ridiculous. we shopped around for a bit and i picked up some cute shorts but didn't know if they'd fit, and of course no dressing rooms!! employees were being very loud and having a nasty conversation about oral sex, which i find very distasteful. i ended up buying my shorts and a two necklaces, walked out spending $20. Overpriced and didnt have much to choose from in mens clothing. i wouldnt come here if i was you.

The store is way over priced for used stuff and alot of it says not for sale. One lady there is rude she never greats the customers coming in or leaving and never talks to them when she rings them up. Very bad customer service

I tried to donate items TWICE at this location but it didn't work out. Earlier I went there before they closed for the day but there was a sign on the door about no donations after 3pm. Then on 3/13/24 I went out of my way to be there prior to 3pm but there was a sign on the back doorway "NOT ACCEPTING DONATIONS TODAY." So I wasted two 20-minute trips (both one-way). Forget about calling them because their phone number doesn't work. I suggest sending your donations elsewhere.

It was okay, I've gone here with my Mother to help her pick out books and other things. I do really wish this place has dressing rooms, but overall, a great place.

One of my favorite places to visit! You will always fine something here that is a good quality at a fantastic price. These ladies work hard to sort through a literal mountain of donations to put out the best of the best on the floor. Money goes to a great cause too!! Stop off when you can, its over by the Fix N Feed. Keep up the great job yall!
