If you are looking for an excellent Primary Care Physician (PCP) look no further. Dr. Chantelle Chen does things that are difficult to find in today’s healthcare system. She listens and takes time with you. It is clear that your health issues are her primary concern at each and every appointment. She intentionally does not have 2,000 plus patients to maintain as almost every PCP in a medical practice does in today’s healthcare system. She is part of the MDVIP program which is well worth the added annual patient cost. We cannot say enough good things about her abilities from a patient’s perspective.

I just had my first experience with La Cholla Medical Group. From the moment I walked in the waiting room and gave my name at the counter, I was treated so kindly. My appointment was for 1:00 and my name was called at 12:55…. Yes, that’s right, EARLY! I was greeted by the MA Amanda and she was so gracious throughout the whole pre-Physician process. She later gave me my flu shot and I didn’t feel a thing. Then, the icing on the cake was meeting my new Primary Physician Dr. Bijin for the first time. I cannot say enough about her caring bedside manner, professionalism and complete attention to my medical concerns. I liked my former PP who recently retired, but Dr. Bijin picked up some things from my last blood workup that he missed. At checkout, I made an appt for my husband too, and even the trainee did a superb job! If you are looking for an excellent Medical facility and PP, look no further than La Cholla Group and Dr. Bijin.

La Cholla Medical Group - ACP (at 6130 N La Cholla Blvd. Ste 100) is the best clinic and lab in Tucson. I have never had a bad experience in the five years as a patient in this clinic. The front desk staff is attentive, the physicians are knowledgeable and resourceful (especially Dr. Marong and NP C. Poncavage), the wait time is better than in other doctor's offices, and the lab staff is very skilled, I have never bruised or been in pain. I also appreciate how fast the information is updated and the messages response in My Chart online. I really appreciate the work of all the staff and physicians, thank you for your care.

The abuse and neglect is so outstandingly rampant at this practice. You may not even be aware that you are being abused or neglected. You may not be aware of the insurance fraud that is going on involving you or your loved one.
