Great experience today (Sat) with drop off. There's usually an older man that's really grouchy and not helpful. Today there was a really nice lady that met me at the door and was really nice and helpful.

The place was pretty messy and I understand that sometimes the employees do what they can, since the customers are the ones who make a mess. But in this case, I realized that they are pretty disorganized as such.

I have donated to this location many times over the past several years that I have lived in the area. I've never had an issue, but what just happened has me almost speechless. An attendant has always met me at the door and taken my donations when I got there. This has been the normal routine since I started donating, so I didn't think we were even allowed inside. So today I waited at the door, and after nobody came I peaked inside. I saw an older gentleman across the room getting up from his chair and starting to walk towards the door. I waved at him and set my 2 bags of donations right next to the door so he could open it and just grab them. As I was getting in my car, I heard him shout something. I stuck my head out and asked what he said. He promptly asked me what my problem was.... uh, what? I asked him what he meant. He said something along the lines of, 'well you're just standing at the door. And then you looked inside and left your stuff here. Why can't you come inside?' I explained to him someone has always just met me at the door, so I've always assumed we aren't supposed go inside. He put his hand up and said "okay" before reaching down to get my donations. I told him he didn't have to be so rude, got in my car, and left. I got a stare down while backing up to drive away. Wow.. I'm sorry you're suffering so bad, buddy.

Didn't even know about this donation station. It's small so easy to miss but the gentleman working it was so sweet & reminded me of my late grandfather. Will definitely keep this one In mind.

Literally just got off the phone with the rudest, most unhelpful gentleman. Don’t bother dropping anything off at this location on Sundays. Go somewhere else where people are happy to take your donations
