My wufe Betty is in Heritage House in Keller, Texas. We have been very pleased with the staff caring for her and the Physical Therapy team have been excellent as well.

There is one employee that stands out above all others. Her name is Dolly. My wife and I have never met another person quite like her, she can only be described as Amazing. She is Sincere, Caring, Loving in the care of her patients. There simply are not enough adjectives to describe her.

She is a Blessing to her patients and Heritage House is fortunate to have her in their employ.

My family and I want to thank Dolly for taking such perfect care of our Mom while in rehab. She was very attentive and helpful at all times. She would call Mom "mama" and have her laughing at times when she was sad. We never had to worry about the care she was getting while Dolly was on duty. We could leave Mom and know she was in good hands. Dolly is a huge asset to the rehab! We can't thank her enough for all the love she gave to our Mom and to us. We will miss you Dolly!

My dad went to Heritage House in October and left there December 20. Dolly Johnson made the stay for my dad manageable. She goes above and beyond and treats the residents as family. Dolly is the best asset that Heritage House of Keller has going for them.
There are a few other caregivers /nurses/ therapists that made my dad feel comfortable but besides that Heritage House needs to work on their “customer service”. Management needs to teach their employees that Heritage House of Keller is these people’s (patients) homes for however short or long. To treat these people as they want to be treated in their homes and how they should want to be treated.

Hello my name is Carol Wood. I got to the Heritage House directly from the hospital. I had a very bad fall that requires an extensive surgery. I was so fortunate to be sent here, where I met an angel who's name is Dolly. I couldn't have asked for a more caring
,lovely person. She greeted me with a smile everyday. This has been a very long journey of recovery and Dolly was a breath of fresh air and deserve the recognition. Dolly took care of my every need and brought things to me things that I actually needed because I didn't have the family to bring them. I can't tell you how much she means to me as she was a gift from God!

While visiting from out of state, our Dad fell. We found ourselves 3 states away from home and had to search on our own for a skilled nursing facility. We are so grateful that we found Heritage House of Keller. Dad was transferred late on a Friday and we were met by a wonderfully, caring aide named Dolly. She immediately made him feel at ease. In fact, she made all of us feel comfortable. She is a positive, uplifting and caring person. We watched her dote on every patient she cared for. We found the staff to be very good overall and appreciated all their support. We felt comfortable leaving Dad in the evenings. Thank you Dolly!!

This is my 2nd stay at the Heritage House. My first stay 2 years ago post knee replacement surgery was a good experience as I had no idea what to expect. I had my second knee replaced a year later and requested my rehab to be at Heritage house but they were full at the time. I had complete shoulder replacement surgery last month and fortunately they had an opening. I enjoyed my first stay here but this stay has exceeded expectations! Some of the staff remembered me which made my stay feel more like a reunion rather than rehab. The doctors, nurses, aides, therapists, admins, maintenance and even the janitors were all very friendly, caring, courteous and accommodating with great senses of humor (which makes my day)! Way too many to name here but want to thank them all for putting up with me and caring for me, thank you all very much! However, there is one individual that stands out and deserves special mention.

Dolly Johnson (who is a nursing aide) met me on my first night of this stay and immediately put me at ease. She auspiciously introduced herself to me as Dolly which was my mother’s name, which warmed my heart. Dolly cared for me as if she were my mother. Her attention to detail and one’s needs went far beyond expectations. I truly felt as if my mother had sent her to be my guardian angel. Not only did I receive special care from her but I was pleased to see ‘everyone’ under her care received the same TLC and always with a bright happy smile. She is truly one of a kind and is the Florence Nightingale of the Heritage House! She has many degrees and is capable of holding any higher position but she loves “doing Gods work”. I hope and pray that corporate knows what a blessing they have in her and reward her accordingly. God Bless you all

My Memaw had a severe stroke, and we had to make the difficult decision of placing her in a long-term care facility. For anyone who has to make this decision for the first time, please know that you are not failing your loved one; you are taking steps to provide them the care they require to live a full life. And that is a very selfless and admirable decision.

This is the third community my Memaw has lived in during the last 7 years, and it truly lives up to the saying, “Third time’s a charm.”

I did countless hours of research and toured many facilities. When I walked into Heritage House, I feel as if I am at a friend's parent’s house.

I have seen a noticeable improvement in my Memaw’s overall mental, emotional, and physical state since being at Heritage House.

If you ever ask anyone for anything at all, every person responds with kindness and with a sense of urgency. They serve them hot breakfasts, amazing lunches, and dinners. If the current meal of the day is not what the resident is wanting, there is a huge list of alternative meal options that are available daily.

There are not enough words to express how thankful I am that Heritage House exists.

I waited to write my review to see if the “new resident” more attention vibe had settled. I am happy to say that my Memaw receives the same fantastic care now from everyone beginning with the cleaning staff to the office manager, as she did when she first arrived over a month ago.

Every person who works here or volunteers here are literally angels on Earth.

I would highly recommend considering this community as your loved one’s home.

My brother Loree has been in Heritage House of Keller since September 7th of this year.
He has had excellent care from all the staff, therapists and doctors. Bernadette the weekend
nurse was very helpful to me in getting all of his (my) medical power of attorney papers together
for your records. Though all the staff assisting him are great, there is 1 RNA ( Dolly ), that has restored my faith in people. Dolly has taken excellent care of Loree not only in his physical
limitations but also in making him feel special. I live in Pennsylvania so I can’t be there for him
other than my nightly calls. We talk on speaker phone so I can always hear how caring Dolly is and that makes me know that she is taking the best care of him and he is in a special place. I
am so grateful that he has her to help him and that I can feel he is safe and getting the best care
possible. Thank you so much Dolly, I hope they realize what an awesome person they have in you.
