This building was beautifully remodeled and refurbished! The staff is very responsive to its patients and residents and they show how much they care for them with each interaction. And administration is great too! Nothing but 5⭐️’s here.

I have been ask the Lady I work for to try this place it looks Great and is just what she needs.
She did go on January 24th of this year. She text me All Night Long. Saying " I Hates This Place " " I NEVER WANT TO SEE THIS PLACE AGAIN "
This is reason I gave a 1 star
I will Apologize for telling her that this is what she need. I thought it would be Amazing... just was is NOT!

I do not recommend to anyone. They are very understaffed and the patients do not get the care they need nor the care they deserve. No one cares here but a few of the cna’s the administrator, the DON or none of the nurses care about the patients they only care when a family member get on them about taking care of their loved one’s. The food served is horrible and they have rats and roaches in the kitchen it so unsanitary there and the building is filthy. They only keep the parts of the facility clean where they know visitors will see. The weekend cna’s are overworked and understaffed most weekends they have to work with 5/6 cna’s to 95 patients. The nurses don’t lift a finger to help at all. If you care about your loved one’s I would avoid this facility at all cost.

My experience at Oakmont Guest Care Center has always been phenomenal! The staff is always very pleasant and always goes above and beyond. We greatly appreciate and thank each and every staff and volunteer, keep up the good work!

I don’t recommend. I feel they are under staff and the residents don’t get the care they need. They take over 45 minutes to answer call lights when it can be a clear emergency. They don’t asked the phone after 5pm. I went up there at 8pm to check on my Mom after being on her cellphone with her for 45 minutes and no one came to help her. When I arrived there was a nurse sitting on top of a desk laughing and talking. The food is horrible some days and served cold. They didn’t brush my Mom teeth the whole 25 days she was there. I would visit for hours and no one would come check on her knowing she was bed bound. There is very little communication and follow-up.

We are very happy with the staff, medical attention and the overall facility that has become home to my sister. Each time I visit her, I am greeted with smiling faces, often with hugs, from both the nursing and administrative staff. The facility is typically clean, vibrant and nicely appointed. At Oakmont, she is cared for and loved, which takes much of the burden off my caregiving shoulders. It's not easy to care for those who cannot care for themselves, and I salute all of you!
