We were so fortunate to find Grand Brook Memory Care Grapevine. After an extensive search to find the right living situation for our relative, Jack, when we walked into Grand Brook, we knew we had found home for Jack. It was like receiving a group hug. The entire staff welcomed him, engaged with him to make sure he would find his new home inviting and safe. No longer was Jack “ in trouble” because of his failing memory and confusion. What a relief for him and us, that he was accepted and cared for. A big thank you to Ariel for gently coaxing Jack into getting up and dressed everyday and to Felicia, for asking what he liked to eat and preparing his favorites for him. Kudos to William, Reba and Grace for making the transition to Grand Brook smooth and easy and for delivering on the promises of care and service. Our family sends our thanks and will continue to highly recommend others to explore Grand Brook.

I placed my Mom in Grand Brook Grapevine January 2024 and I've had almost three months to see the wonderful progress she has made! I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and Grace the RN and Reba Byrd who runs the front end and William who is always available for added help. I just couldn't be more relieved that I chose Grand Brook plus the food is cooked in house and tasty thanks to Felicia who is absolutely wonderful to the guests. Mom's room is clean and her bed is made every day that I go over and her clothes are clean and she is well cared for. This place make a sad time in our life just as comfortable and sweet as possible. You won't be disappointed I promise.

Grand Brook in Grapevine has become a part of my family. Both my parents reside there with Dementia. It’s been a very difficult journey to find a place that can serve them both while addressing each of their individual difficulties and needs. I have experience with 6 different memory care facilities since 2020 and Grand Brook is the best! After staying a couple of nights with my parents and experiencing the Grand Brook staff at all hours of day and night, I can say with complete certainty the care workers are loving, caring, and skilled. This is the first place that I am confident in their care and with communicating to me of changes or needs while I am away. I don’t think I can praise them enough for how well they take care of my mom and dad.

Want to praise where praise is deserved. My mom has lived at Grand Brook for 4 months and admittedly she can be irreverent and disrespectful due to dementia. However, I have seen so much improvement in her behaviors and seeing her more happy when I visit now. I am attributing it to the wonderful staff and the atmosphere of family. They truly are loving to the residents with respect and understanding. This is not just luck because it starts from the top with Reba listening and caring enough to be front and center; as opposed to hiding behind a desk. With good medical attention from Grace and Dr.Scott I no longer worry if issues become big problems. And all the adoring from Ruby and Precious, mom feels included and loved. I will go as far as saying there is love at Grand Brook. If I ever succumb to this disease, I truly hope I can live and be cared for in such a place. I feel as though I won a lottery to have both my parents living here.

My mother has been in GB for over 3 years and has been cared for with diligence, respect, magnificent care. The most important aspect of this facility is their love for the residents. They genuinely care from top management down and everyone is actively involved in caring for these vulnerable people. Grandbrook has exceeded our expectations in a myriad of ways. Thank you staff and management for helping the matriarch of our family by giving us peace with our decision.

My adult daughter was at Grand Brook Memory Care during her recovery from short term memory loss. They accommodated her younger age and worked with her daily, including her in the activities and opportunities to help others .The staff at Grand Brook is what makes the difference. The small number of residents and home like environment is also wonderful. And we noticed active involvement of families. Thank you Grand Brook for your care and kindness.

My Mother lived with me for many years. When I was no longer able to give her the care she needed, the Executive Director and Director of Healthcare actually came to my house to evaluate Mom. They built a rapport with her and helped make her transition seamless.

The care at Grand Brook is beyond my expectations. The food is fabulous and we are always welcome to come and eat with Mom or bring in Mom’s favorite meal. The facility is clean and has a nice layout. The staff is very friendly. They encourage residents to participate and never force anything upon them. Mom has so much more stimulation with the daily activities and exercise classes tailored just for her than I could have provided for her at home. She has actually made new friends. Grand Brook welcomes family’s to continue to be involved with our loved ones.

The Nursing care is excellent. They are always available for any concerns or questions I might have.

I highly recommend Grand Brook in Grapevine for anyone who is looking for a nurturing environment that truly cares for the residents and their families.

This community takes gentle and loving care of their residents. I’v personally noticed that the staff is very familiar with the personalities of their residents and keeps them safely engaged in activities. This is so important for our loved ones who have memory issues.
