NO FOOD PANTRY HERE.
I went in the internet and the information there is incorrect. They do not have a pantry you can shop at like it said. Yesterday I went to one that closed early, because they ran out of food. I quickly tried to find one close to me. I found there was supposed to be one here. I went and wasted precious gas. I had not eaten all morning trying to get to the 1st pantry or was after 12 by now. So I was staring to have low blood sugar symptoms. I went to the front desk and talked to them about what they might help with after learning there was no food pantry. There was not much assistance left for me. I could tell they wanted to, but funding is not there. No gas cards, hotel cards or help with housing. I was feeling a little woozy. I thanked the front desk lady and went to the ladies room. When I came out she handed me a small bag with snacks in them. I thanked her with tears trying to fall. Sometimes through hardship we find these beautiful people. I could not get help from the organization, but they know who to employ. Compassion from an individual gives me strength to go on. Thank you

This resettlement agency does not actually assist its clients. My brother is one of their clients. He moved to the U.S. in November 2024, and he lost 70% of his Reception & Placement (R&P) funds and never received his Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) Due to the negligence of his case Manager.

He has a disability—he cannot talk or walk due to brain tumors—yet he is still not enrolled in the PC or SSI programs. His case manager messaged me, stating that he was unable to schedule an SSI appointment and does not know what to do. It has now been five months, and he is still not enrolled in the SAS program.

I have been a loyal customer of Catholic Charities Fort Worth for four years, and my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. The behavior of some of their drivers is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

One driver, Daniel, engages in disruptive behavior such as making excessive cat noises and responding to me in a highly disrespectful, exaggerated, high-pitched voice. Additionally, the hygiene standards are unacceptable—Daniel and his vehicle have a strong, unpleasant odor that makes the rides very uncomfortable.

Another driver, George, constantly jokes excessively and laughs at me even when I express my discomfort. His behavior is very disrespectful and makes the rides unpleasant.

Bill, another driver, has shown aggressive behavior in traffic, including cursing and even causing a road rage incident. His actions made me feel unsafe during the ride.

Despite my complaints and requests for different drivers, I continue to be assigned to these individuals whose behavior makes my commute unbearable. Catholic Charities Fort Worth has failed to address these issues adequately, leaving me feeling deeply disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

I can no longer recommend their services due to these ongoing issues. If you’re looking for reliable and respectful transportation, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I wish I could give a zero rating on this organization. I don’t know if they really help people who need help. For example, what happened to me. I need someone responsible for refugees and inquiring about their case. I tried to call and no one answers my phone. Sometimes the call is cut off after waiting for more than an hour.i try on the official website, I can’t choose to help refugees and I tried to walk in to the office and they do not accept me to make an appointment. Is there a responsible person who will read this comment and help me with what I need because I really need help? I want someone help me with my sister case !!!!!
