Brookdale Oro Valley has consistently shown their dedication and compassion towards the residents. My hospice team have worked alongside the Brookdale care staff for over a year now, and they truly do make a positive difference in the lives of the residents and families!

Thanks to the wonderful caring staff at Brookdale Oro Valley for taking care of my best friend of 50+ years. She was like a sister, fun and understanding, and we loved to laugh together. But then her life took a different turn and the wonderful staff helped her in her transition.

Brookdale at Oro Valley made sure that all the Covid protocols were followed so that the residents were safe. Whenever I visited I saw that the residents were in a warm safe home, being taken care of with the gentlest of all care.

The only decision harder to reach than recognizing the help needed for our mother, was choosing the best place, that was the best fit for mom. Brookdale Oro Valley Memory Care genuinely welcomed mom and our family with such warmth and kindness. We all felt very at home.

Initially, we we're drawn to the property; the trees, lots of windows, courtyards, birds, books and benches. Even a piano for mom to play! Then we got to meet and know the family of Brookdale:) We feel very fortunate.

This has been a big adjustment for mom and for us. I can tell you, however, the entire family is sleeping well and feel very confident in our choice to choose Brookdale.

I cannot say enough positive things about this facility. Mom has stage 6 Alzheimer’s and we were desperate to find a community that would care for her and honor her dignity as we navigated this journey. Mom is so happy here! She has friends, a stylish apartment, delicious meals, fun activities and is always in a safe and happy environment. Her personal care and hygiene are attended to without delay. She is free to roam about the building and enjoy the lovely patios without fear of wandering off. The most beautiful thing about the Brookdale Oro Valley center is the staff. Every single staff member knows Mom and is a part of a team that truly cares about the residents. I was so very impressed with their level of compassion and love for the residents. Having an in house physician, dentist, podiatrist and RN team makes caring for Mom so convenient. All of Mom’s health issues are addressed by a professional medical team.
Lastly, I would like to thank Michelle Laguna, the director, personally. I have never met such a caring soul and her love for the residents shines through in all that she does. We are so blessed to have found this wonderful facility for Mom. Thank you to the entire staff at Brookdale Oro Valley!

Brookdale of Oro Valley has been wonderful to my mother. They treat her with the dignity and respect that she deserves. The administrative staff and the direct care staff are by far, the best we have experienced. They contact me with the good and the not so good and encourage my input. The daily care and activities are excellent which help mom feel comfortable and involved. Mom is safe, happy, well cared and loved. Thanks Brookdale!

The caretakers at Brookdale Oro Valley Memory Care take great care of my father. They spend quality time with my dad and keep his mind engaged. Everyone I have met at Brookdale has been friendly, patient, and caring. This includes the management at Brookdale Oro Valley. Unlike other places, the management here seems to promote an atmosphere of kindness and caring that puts the residents' needs first. My dad seems to really like the food here too. I am so glad I found this place for my father.
