This organization is dynamite. Please donate if at all possible, they are helping many hungry people in our metroplex. They are very appreciative of what is given and work hard to give to those in need.

Horrible! I am a middle age white woman. My family and I have given to grace so many times. Life got hard and I couldn’t work. (I made 10,000 last year.) the website said if you are going through hard times they would help. I needed food. I was barely paying bills and my credit cards went to collections. I have been with my company for 16 years and am still an employee. This was a disastrous time in my life. First time I went there I didn’t have all the criteria. I went back a second time. I was belittled by this bilingual woman. She was so rude and disrespectful but the kind that’s covered with a smile. When I told her I knew about Grace because I have donated. She asked if I thought I was entitled to help because I donated. She then spoke badly about the company I work for. Nothing i provided she looked at. This woman gave me a print out sheets my landlord had to fill out. Even though my lease said it was valid. She gave me two sheets that needed to be signed and documented by people who have given me money. All these people live in different cities. I didn’t have the gas to go and get all of these. This woman who is so dark with hatred was smiling at me enjoying telling me they couldn’t help me but once I filled out all these things maybe she could help. She gave me a bag with a few canned goods and a pair of socks. I was there for food but something that could last a while. She pointed out she picked the socks out special. Like I can eat socks. The only people that were shopping in this store were Hispanic. There were 2 white woman and several black woman all applying but the only ones shopping were Hispanic. This is a fixed system and I would never donate to them again. They do nothing like they lead on on their website or drop off locations. This is definitely a corrupt system that needs to be looked into.

Don’t waste your time with these people I’m sure this month only on my Social Security and ask for a little help with food, and the girl was no help at all. They won’t even give you a cracker without bank statements, leases, bills to show address, and then you gotta sit two hours or more to talk to someone just to get a cracker I told her I just go ahead and starve because they were creating more difficulty for one person. Just want help for one person so I would not even waste my time going there. These people do not care about helping people there move worried about if you’re conning them and all I wanted was an emergency voucher to visit their pantry. That’s what the lady at the pantry told me to go tell him to give me and I couldget some food from her, but that didn’t happen I left with nothing.

I haven’t gotten into the program just yet. But every time I call they are friendly nice people looking forward to help me out with any and all questions I bring to them. I’m really looking forward to being apart of the GRACE TH program. I just moved to Texas back in February so far I’m loving what I’m experiencing and the great people of Texas. The staff at GRACE just makes even better. Thank you for being so kind.

Nice selection of items. Clothing is fairly organized and decently priced. Dressing rooms have no place to hang clothing prior or after trying on and are extremely small. 2 fair sized rooms would have been a nicer choice than 3 small ones. If I am in the area, I may stop back by, but will not make a special trip.

The staff was extremely helpful; however the housing is not secured by a fence, and isn’t located in a nice safe area in grapevine. If you need help with food supplies, support getting out of a bad living situation the staff there is amazing. They are very knowledgeable, inviting, and helpful.
