NB Housing is an amazing shelter for anyone in need of a safe place to stay and especially if you’re looking to get back on track with your life. The food isn’t the favorite but it does help when in need and the staff is nice if you’re willing to cooperate and follow basic rules. Showers are nice and with hot water and you can wash your clothes free of cost. I’d highly recommend this place and the people that are there are very respectful.

This program did nothing for me to get me a stable place to live. They put me in an old apartment building with rent way too high for my income and I was out of there within 3 months. Then when I moved there, none of my furniture or necessities were even taken out of storage. They used the bus from the shelter to only carry what they could so I was screwed from the beginning. The place they sent me to should be condemned.

My experience at New Braunfels first footing homeless shelter was absolutely wonderful the staff and the people that operate this place the homeless shelter that is absolutely wonderful and kind and really appreciative. They need to be honored and respected highly because they’ve treated me with respect honesty and help and getting to a next step outside of being homeless I They are to be respected and honored for their willingness to help the homeless thank you and God bless you people that run this organization

God bless the two ladies at work at that front desk and this mission that this place brought together today I was going to go without dinner or a meal after work and they save me from starving I explained to them that I live out of my vehicle and then sometimes I can't get enough money from work to have money for food they're kind enough to help me out today thank you guys you are appreciated.
