This facility attracted us because of their facility layout in the memory care section and the programs they offer. After multiple visits, we found that the program was really false advertising. None of the activities were completed as advertised on the day of our visits. We witnessed staff arguing with patients about money and not meeting them at their level. They offered a move in special that we had already agreed to prior to the different observations we had. We decided not to continue with the Brooks based on our observations. They somehow managed to still bill us $7,535 and actually got the withdrawal to go through despite us flagging it as fraudulent with the bank. Additionally, The Facility is unable to produce a contract that we are alleged to have completed with them agreeing to this amount. On the day we were told the room was move-in ready, we witnessed a painter in the room that was allocated for our family member. The restroom appeared to have feces spread on the wall. Needless to say, this is when we decided this facility was not suitable for our family. Definitely double check everything about this facility prior to committing your loved one to living here. A critique 3 years ago said something like 'all that glitters is not gold'. This pretty much sums up this facility.

My aunt moved here a few months back, and we've been incredibly happy with our choice. Their entire team is friendly, and maintenence is taken care of in a timely manner. There are a lot of outings and activities she attends, and she particularly enjoys the food; she loves the Bistro pizza. She's blossomed since she moved here, and made some good friends. The community is well kept and maintained.

Working with this team of professionals to work through moving my loved one in was a wonderful seamless experience. They made everything smooth and the transition was great!! My loved one loved her new home at The Brooks of Cibolo and the activities and dining experience are a daily event she loves to get up for. Sandy and the team always go the extra miles. This place is so beautiful and the people are super nice! Everyone I have talked about moving my parents here from out of state have been extremely helpful! Their words AND actions have been supportive for me and for them. I've visited multiple times on different days/times and every resident I've seen is friendly and happy to live there.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't want my parents anywhere else and this is where we want to live when we don't want to deal with home maintenance anymore and are ready to let others do the cooking! I have told many people to check out the Brooks if/when they are looking for a beautiful independent living apartment for themselves or family with all the amenities, granite countertops, big kitchens and lots of storage! They also have assisted living and memory care so you/they can transition at the same place. So happy to have a place close by that honors veterans with discounts with such a positive, supportive staff!

This location offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Service. Pricing depends on services needs which add on to the base price. Facility is only 3 years old in the year 2023. Staffs are very helpful, polite, and professional. You can walk in or schedule ahead to do the tour of the facility and the services provide. Price is comparable to other facilities in the area. Menu has lots of variety of options and is changed to the Seasons. Would recommend this facility to everyone looking for senior living accommodation.

I have no idea where the ‘5 star reviews’ come from. Possibly staff or paid marketers. This place is very worrisome. My grandparents are currently here and the staff is not caring or attentive. In fact, most of them speak condescendingly to families and residents. The maintenance is not kept up with or completed in a timely manner. The food is horrible. (I know from personal experience during visits) I am out of state and seriously worry about my grandparents well-being in this facility. I have no control over their living situation or I would get them out of here in a heartbeat. Please do your due diligence before making this decision. There is so much more I could say, but I’ll leave it at that for now.

This place feels like home. The staff is amazing and very attentive to the residents that reside here. Residents here are happy and smiling when I am here, that alone warms my heart. I recommend this wonderful place to anyone needing a home for their family members.

I fell in love with this place when I was a private provider. The staff go above and beyond for the residents. I mean going all out to make them all feel special. So naturally I wanted to be apart of this amazing place and I've never been so happy! All the staff welcomed me just like I was family. Great work environment in my opinion.
