I usually enjoy my time here, but around 10:50am after dropping off donations a worker
mumbled under his breath about a customer placing items outside on the floor of the donation bins. “ it would be nice for people to not just throw things here for us that have to do it all damn day”. The items that he was referring to was neatly stacked near the bin by the way. When bins are full to capacity customers are just trying to be helpful by not overfilling them to cause any damage to other items, it’s important that the workers understand that and not allow their own feelings bleed into customers period.

Staff is friendly and they have a wide variety of items to see. The pricing can been inconsistent on items like Rubbermaid tubs that are the same size. I showed the person at the register and they price matched the lower amount. The miscellaneous areas can be messy and that makes it a little bit more difficult to look through. The clothes here are in good shape and they have a good variety. I like this location.

Yikes. First of all, this plaza is in a horrible spot where you fight traffic to both get in and out of the plaza. I've been to Goodwills all over San Antonio and Austin, and several in-between but I've never seen such outrageous prices as this particular location. Every decor item I wanted to buy was $8-12 each and definitely not worth even half of that. I was disappointed and walked out with nothing. The check out line made zero sense. Customers were arguing about where the line was supposed to start. The only good thing about this location was that it seemed clean.

Got treated horribly by employee Chris Blue. For one when I came back for bar stools where the tag was removed the day before by another customer the gentleman made 3 call outs for a customer to claim them of which I do not have issue with. What I do have issue with is he made me wait 15 minute Intervals between call outs when the store was empty until the line got packed then had me proceed to the back of the line after I was at the register. Upon going through the line he refused a first responder id card verified by ID.me and clearly didn't understand the task even after I explained and offered him 2 forms of ID. He asked for a military ID which I told him several times I'm not a veteran or active service member but legally certified for first aid instruction and first response. So after horrible customer service, giving me a hard time at the register he only made me late by almost an hour for something that should have been a simple transaction and a 10% discount. Don't be a private contractor or first aid certified instructor through.... Apparently only active members get acknowledged here..... Well at least by employee Chris Blue anyways according to his personal policy not the companies because I have never in my 47 years on planet earth ever had an issue anywhere else.

Apparently all posted donation hours here are subject to the will of the employees. They’ll just lock the door and shake their head at you if they don’t feel like dealing with it. I certainly didn’t expect too much, but this was particularly absurd

Great small store, clean and organized.
Customer service not too friendly. There is one lady who even when I have said thank you and smile she just stares with attitude. We can do better Goodwill.
