I've called every contact number listed, but no one ever answers the phone. I can't even leave a message because there's always a generic recording saying "This mailbox is full. You will not be able to leave a message..."
Remarkably unprofessional!
As a last resort, I sent them an email stating all of the above, but I never received a reply.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Like the other reviews say they tell you to call Monday at 8:30 (even though they are not open and the mailbox is full). I called the city to let them know that they no longer help so hopefully people in need can find another way. And with people who are less rude about it.

Been waiting for a call for 12 months and still nothing. Rosa only answers and even now she's being extremely aggressive while on the phone lines. I doubt she even has a background helping people if her phrase for an individual who would lose all function of his legs in a month was "maybe you should have stayed in a home, then."

Worse service ever for refugees. My cousin arrived three months ago. They pay him one month from the federal money until now we keep calling no answer however, I get them after two months they respond to me and the lady who is responsible for the checks. Her name is Rosa. She was super rude. He got paid for one month only and nothing for 2 months… How refugee people will survive with this kind of organization, and this kind of employee
