was polite and the lady on the phone has a whole attitude with me wouldn't let me finish my sentence kept trying to talk over me and forwarded me to the wrong voicemail intentionally. who is giving these people jobs? I would have loved to give back to my community and I wouldn't be answering the phone calls with such an attitude towards people especially given the fact it's a shelter for those struggling with hard times. I can also see by the comments that this is a consistent issue with this place Whoever owns this or is in control of operating it DO BETTER. You don't have to work there if you hate doing your job that much fyi its giving very lazy "i want to do my job half assed and just earn my check n clock out" but they probably out here talking about " I love my job helping the less fortunate" XD frauds

This workplace faces significant challenges, particularly regarding staffing and management practices. There have been numerous terminations, leading to a consistently short-staffed environment. I believe the supervisors, including Esmeralda, Claudia, Sandra, and Aide, may not be effectively supporting their teams. It might be beneficial for higher management to engage with former employees to gain insight into their experiences and evaluate the supervisory approach of Esmeralda, Claudia, Sandra, and Aide. Their focus appears to be primarily on job security rather than on the well-being of the staff or the financial implications associated with frequent hiring. This has contributed to a culture where employees feel apprehensive about job stability and are concerned about potential repercussions for minor infractions.

Goes on a lot of fun places during the holidays. Tries their hardest to make sure the girls are occupied. The staff are kind and helpful. A extra thank you to Ms Rosie the night staff who would keep me company when I had a bad dream or couldn’t go to sleep while and after me being pregnant. Thank you for helping me with my baby when he would cry, and thank you for being my mother figure through it all<3. and a big thank you to Ms Mindy for teaching me almost everything I know about being a good mom to my little boy. You’re were a incredible help through all of this. Thank you to Miss Lisa for driving me while in labor, and thank you to Ms Amber for being a great emotional support while My baby was in the hospital. Thank you to Katterino for being so funny when everything was sad. I miss y’all lots. Thank you again to all the staff the staff that worked with me.

If you are a parent especially a single parent. Then this is a very helpful place to turn to. They offer several different services from a place to stay,to supplies for newborns and everything in between. They do have strict rules but nothing that's out of the ordinary. A good place for that little extra help....
