First of all , I appreciate the assistance. The people have been great. However, there was a new Mexican, stocky woman, well dressed at the front desk that seemed to take pleasure considering she said it 3x and I only asked 1x that utility assistance is not available. My aunts, now deceased, used to say dress down when you request for help. I don't believe in that so I don't. But food is managed on a weekly basis. She's young. She probably never experienced hunger.

They don't help with bills unless you have a disconnect notice. The amount of food they give for two people wouldn't even last two days. CAM Ministries really sucks. As for helping the homeless, don't they think that homeless people would love a hot meal from time to time instead of always getting brown bag sandwiches? Would these employees/volunteers want sandwiches all the time?

This was such a blessing every year to my family we received Christmas 🎁 this year and last year and to see smiles on kids faces is priceless. They provide assistance like they say and really help you if you follow what they ask of you. They are the only place I would go in the city of San Antonio for help first.I received kids school uniform and gift cards for shoes I didn't have but a thing they really took care of my family in my need at that time .

They are very helpful. Food and all kinds of assistance are offered here. Area can be intimidating, as there are a lot of homeless people around, so just be careful about your surroundings.
