I suffer living here u can't even get anyone to take u to renew an ID even if u have money the ones that need that are put off they have you feel in ur mind cyborg and hermit I'm not built for that for every resident everything is their fault even me from them you never move on from that It is really lacking in speed and motivation. Don't send anyone to these morgues I haven't got money since July 2022 in the palm of my hand. If you had them as Rep payee you might not see your money to get it from Rep payee is a a nightmare as of 12/16/2024 residents go on long waits for money barely get enough it's called an allowance very little haven't seen cash in my hands as a resident I have to beg the streets they don't answer their company phone and when they discovered who it is sometimes get hung up on and the moment people express the facts they lead you to talk on the number like let's talk about this I'm not looking for an ear I'm looking for life not decline leading to the inevitable hell I need public intervention instead of talk on their phone line anyway to sweep crud under the rug under staffed in a lot of areas want better ratings I think give a shit needs to be way better the whole thing needs remodeling sad life as my stay and being good hearted you will get walked all over and shut down the good inside you I'm losing hope in my circumstances that I have no control over I owe 27,000 and powerchair is needing fixed there is a cut wire that has stopped the whole thing from moving stuck on Bluetooth mode and a red x it's not supposed to be there yet remains on the powerchair screen they will ride u all the way out of your warranty where u have no hope they can't provide a chair I get blamed instead of someone stepping up to the plate and take care of it😑🥺 Bradley Logan

I was going into the military they had my recruiter accused of harassment and other stuff to get me out now he went to jail

This place is so unprofessional! My boyfriend works there, they over work him and make him stay 42 hours + in a row! not to mention MONICA! & all of the higher up women who work at the office say inappropriate things to him! These women are just nasty and have no respect for themselves. Half of them are having a inappropriate relationships with the staff!

Also if you have any family members who are living in any of the group homes I highly recommend you REMOVE THEM IMMEDIATELY! These people do not treat the clients well at all, they forget to give meds they barley order groceries for them! Res care needs to be shut down! I know staff who offer the clients drugs

It’s terrible how they treat their clients. Shame on you for treating people with disabilities with such cruelty. These are human beings who need help and support. Sometimes with no where else to turn. This place needs to make therapy and interpersonal skills a standard requirement for their staff to teach them basic kindness and respect.

From what I've noticed during my stay (still here), the company likes the idea of forcing a "meal plan" on residents of their group homes, even for people who don't need to be on one. They don't take into account what other staff workers or clients (ones that are physically capable of verbally giving their opinion) are happy with, and only want whatever makes the company happy, and don't really care if the clients are happy with the staff workers or not. I am very unhappy with this company knowing that they decided to fire my favorite house manager. But like I said, they don't care. It's all about the money side of things for them

This place sucks. The lowest paying in the industry. Too many group home company’s in town that pay more. Direct care gets minimum wage, nurses get 16 and it shows. You get what you pay for. If you are thinking of putting a loved one somewhere ask how they pay their employees and that will give you insight as to how they will be cared for.

The “caregivers” smell like weed and could care less about the clients. If you have a family member there I would quickly save them from
the hell of this facility and incompetence of its employees. Your family member isn’t being cared for they are being neglected.

Low pay, minimal training if any. No communication. I dont understand how they are still in business.They do not keep up with medications. They violate clients client's rights, they treat employees horribly. Did foster care through them and it was a nightmare. Do not place your loved ones here if you care about them at all.
