Went on Friday (03/14 and again Saturday 03/15). Very Fun!! 🤩 Awesome tradition/event showcasing the work, talents and dedication of Youth of the valley- with raising animals, barrel racing and so much more ; crafts, etc. Delicious food and drinks- especially the huge baked potatoes and lemonades. Fun carnival rides (went w my kid on Saturday- we had a great time!) 🙂

Things are ridiculously overpriced in general- but that’s kind of expected/only downside/ouch in my experience.

First one going out there. OMG! I remember watching the rodeo on the television when I was young. I though why it would be like to see it Live well your not going to believe it. I really enjoyed attending. I can not wait for next years Live Stock Show. I enjoyed the Xtreme rodeo show. I do not want to miss it. Here are some of the photos I took to share with you all.

Went on rodeo night with my family it was great , as usual expensive but it’s once a year
The food was good and the place was packed , I ordered my tickets online so I skipped the lines . Overall would rate it a 7 out of 10 compared to when I used to go as a little kid with family.

The new system to buy credits will cause you to wait hours in line on a busy night. We waited an hour in line and once we got to our turn it allowed us to pay it told me to go to another kiosk to get a card. At that point I had lost all my patience that meant I had to go wait another hour to get a card. Thankfully, I saw one employees who said that the customer service kiosk was on the side and they could help me. There were no sign acknowledging this. My father had to go wait again in another line so they could come and fix it. We got there at 8pm and by the time we eat and rode rides we left at 12am due to the amount of time we wasted in lines. The kiosk would also give me an error when attempting to purchase with my debit card, thankfully I was with my parents and it accepted my parents debit card. I also heard the customer service lady tell another customer some banks are only allowing $100 dollars at a time for credits so be aware of this. On another note some of the chickens had fans blasting right above them and it was already cold, I felt so bad for them. I’m assuming since it was hot during the day to help cool them, but at night it was no longer needed it was in the 60s this was around 10:30-11pm. I’m hoping someone went back and turned the fans off.

Great place for the family, just be prepared to spend some money. Food and drinks are pretty expensive. I recommend eating prior and taking a cooler with water and sodas, no alcohol. We were allowed to take snacks and nonalcoholic drinks since we were participating in the show with our child's FFA group.

First time going to this. Went to see the extreme bull riding. It was fun, but my biggest gripe was the dumb little cards they have to buy everything you put $40 you have to use the $40 or you can't save for next year or exchange it back. Such a tedious system to have to get the exact dollar amount for everything. On the plus side the vendors themselves inside the buildings did take cash and card so that was good. Other than that, super hot and it's on blacktop... Making it worse. Did make the most of it, but can't see myself going through that again.
