My grandbabies were put through some very difficult things by their father and if it had not been for Maggie's house help, we would never have known everything going on. They have a great location by the Valley Baptist ER. Excellent staff. Patient, understanding, communicate well with the kids, comfortable environment that let's the kids be themselves. Great place.

In my personal opinion, the process used to gather information during a forensic interview for a 3-4 year old child is not adequate. In order to gather such personal and vital information rapport has to be established and 25 -30 minutes with a stranger does not allow a child to open up about such personal and delicate information. Unfortunately due to their poor forensic interview process many cases will remain unconfirmed and those children will remain in an unsafe environment.
