I truly agree with the lady who stated that the Hispanic receptionist is very racist, she makes sure her people are taken care of and very none caring if you are African American. Why is she still working there is beyond me. I know that the other workers see what's going on but maybe they don't care or to afraid to report her. I haven't been there in a few weeks and she is the reason why, I to was a walk in and waited for hours before my name was called but the Hispanic people behind me was called immediately, I saw her board. Yes I called and reported everything to upper management but obviously they don't care either about what's happening. So now I'm sure I will be the last one to be called.

This was my first time trying to donate to this place. Was hoping for signs saying where to drop off donations, but there were none. Of course we went on Saturday and they are closed on the weekend. Will probably donate there again. I just wished they were more accessible!

Grateful for their help. But in an emergency they never answered my call or returned my call. Sat without food for a week bc my job is crap and I can’t get food stamps so… I should be skinny mini by summer🙄

The lady assisting in the front is the reason for my star she’s not very pleasant seems she’s only interested in helping those of her decent which is fine but we are all here for help and deserve of that when a Hispanic lady when in front of me she was so pleasant to her treated her with dignity when my turn was next the demeanor changed it went from what are u here for i was A taken back of how uncomfortable that was after sitting in the lobby as a walk in for 3 hrs i walk To the front another Hispanic lady before me asked to check her wait in line and was told your number 4 i went I waited For her to address me and her response was “we haven’t called you yet” if helping people are not people s passion i really Hope you start to choose another profession and TREAT US ALL AS EQUALS !!!! The wait alone is insane and to be treated poorly is another level of insane just because we’re walk-ins doesn’t mean we want to sit for 5 hours before even having our names called give us some respect our time is just as valuable i was here mind you at 8:45 they opened up at 9am and my name has yet to be called i beleive just being skipped over !!!

The place itself is great. I'm really thankful, but unfortunately the greedy people who go there are pathetic. It's not regulated at all and the Hispanic (mostly) people just take 500 things at one time, leaving nothing for other people, with no consideration or apologies for everyone else who comes for food. I feel like I'm in a race to beat everyone to the food. It's so annoying. More regulation please!!!!!

I drop off donations at this spot. Very friendly staff. The customers I've met were friendly and seem to be appreciative. People hold the door for each other. Very easy to donate and they will give you a receipt. Help your neighbors.

Beautiful new facility, staff and volunteers are very kind, a gift to the community. I wish they had a location in every town. Go if you need food, clothing, or aid of any kind and they will do their best to help. I enjoy volunteering here.
