I try to avoid going as much as possible but I’m so thankful when I need to go that this place exists. They have helped me and my husband so much.

But also with that being said. I brought a friend who also needed help ( a mom of 4) and some of the volunteers would automatically speak Spanish to her, she was offended and now refuses to go and sends her husband in her place. She also believes this service is great for people in need but isn’t okay with the volunteers just assuming she only spoke Spanish.

I can agree with the other reviews about the service provided to get assistance at this place. I went in today to give a donation and ask about the food program to only get yelled at by an older lady at the table! GO BACK OUT THE DOOR OUTSIDE AND WAIT UNTIL WE ARE OPEN AT 12:30. I couldn't fully get out what I was there for. I immediately turned around towards the door. I was really shocked!! As I was walking out a gentleman and a young lady came in after me and she did exactly the same with them! I'm reading the reviews there are other complaints that are stating the same. How could you have scriptures and the option to pray with someone when you have people that treat those that are in need this way! This is not christ-like at all. Now what if the show was on the other foot and you were treated the same way! You would think that an establishment that chose to serve the community and is CHRISTIAN BASED and have bible quotes all over their page will be easy to approach and be grateful to serve as God called you to do! This is why so many do not turn and believe in God, she most definitely proves that theory well!!

CTLC is such a blessing to the community and numerous families! I've used their services, great food and friendly workers! I love volunteering here on Fridays as well! God Bless❤️💯

Since I have started going there I have been blessed by these folks, they pray for you and they actually give you food to last and it's fresh and doesn't go moldy, they truly care about their community. Anyone that comes they help, and they also work with other pantries and have you been signed up so you do not have to resign up with another one. They give families more than enough food to make it. Also love how they don't just give you canned goods. It's a mixture

The older white lady with brownish blonde grey short hair that comes out is sooo rude. Started screaming and harassing the customers coming to get help. Never in my life have I needed help but after the holidays I did and then this happened! This lady should not be working here helping people that are already embarrassed to be here. So condescending and belittling. Won’t be back

I went to this place only to be talked down to and made to feel inferior. I don’t like to ask for help and when I did a lady from this establishment was rude with her words. Never again
