I called to check if they were accepting donations, the lady named Dorthy or Dorothy was beyond rude from the moment she answered. Did not want to accept anything but infant clothing.

Horrible experience here Dorthy is a really rude Lady. She can’t handle stressful situations and sure doesn’t care about the women there. Favoritism is definitely at play in this place. They Allowed other moms to steal food from my fridge that was for my family while we were quarantined in a nasty roach motel they put us in. They lock you out of your rooms when they are upset with you or they feel as you didn’t do enough. They placed us in a very small room with only a bunk bed when there were bigger rooms available. But most of all my biggest regrets was trusting them with my pay. This place has a savings program for moms and you have no other Choice but to save with them. Which makes sense but when it came down to asking for my savings when I left the home they refused to give me the money I saved which was over $1000. They said it was because of an overpayment they have given me which is false. I became really good at saving my money and took advantage of the opportunity of the “match” program they had offered me. Which was grant money the place received to help moms in need. I would put in a large amount of money and leave it there for 3-6 months and it would double if you left it the full 6 months and I did that and I’d go pick it up after the time ended but when I was in a situation I reached out to Dorthy and she said I didn’t have my money because of the match program. Completely disorganized place it’s beautiful on the outside but the experience was bad and they even had women in the place fighting, stealing, and doing drugs in the area. They treat the women so poorly. So if you’re thinking of going here I suggest to be very careful with your stuff especially keep track of your money or they will steal it from you. I witnessed them throwing away previous women's folders that still had savings in the trash. When they promised that your money is safe with them it’s not. They treat you like shii so be prepared to be judged horrible if you are referred to this horrible place. Yes they do help but just a very sketchy shelter in general.Do not recommend going here it sucked so much and I was coming from a different state from a bad situation to being treated like I was less of a human. Was bad on my mental health for sure.

I worked in social services and visited this home more than once.

Each time, the person in charge was extremely, extremely rude and I witnessed how she treated the women. No compassion or empathy was ever shown. I felt horrible for my clients who were going through a difficult time and still had to endure such treatment.

Haven't gone yet but just trying to communicate is terrible. My family and I are in Canutillo at the moment and before losing the little gas I have left to go all the way near Horizon I wanted to make sure there's room trying to make sure of the rules and stuff like that especially since I have a special needs child and whether it's text call or email I've only been reached back once after they read my text message and didn't say anything I wrote back asking is this a good number I just want to make sure that this is in fact Reynolds home and they said yes this number is still good to text but that's it I've asked three questions this morning but nothing I haven't received a reply to my email I'm wondering if maybe it's the same person who answered my phone call last year and kind of had a bit of an attitude cuz I didn't have child care like if we're homeless do a lot of homeless folk have child care? I had high hopes for this place and it's just been very disappointing more than happy to change my rating if something happens but so far two stars seems to fit

Worst place I've ever been at, staff here is unprofessional, inefficient, rude, unkind and cruel. Treated me and my daughter worse than a bug on the floor. They're in the business of spreading hate and corruption.
Also the majority of donations never make it to the women and children, they get picked up by a white van and sold.

It’s a decent place but some of the staff is racist they feel like me and my son is contragious and they don’t want to touch us. Dorothy is real sweet and the other older lady is nice but the rest of them always talking about me and my son.

The lady that sets you up is the most rude unprofessional person. I was told to send her my info through text message and never heard nothing back, or my calls won't be answered. I had heard from other girls that she's the most rudest from all the staff that works there. Plse fix the issue
