I truly assumed they were as helpful as they presented to be but they took my information and completely blew me off as a client. I’m awaiting an appeal on my disability since my dad passing away recently it threw everything off and I didn’t get all my mail in time because I was calling ambulance on my dad every other day and now I don’t know about my housing situation I physically can’t get around that much and it’s been very overwhelming and it’s not even my fault. I called and asked what happened since the one who took all my information, Josie; and then called in the next appointment and never heard since. I called and she just said what do you want us to do? She said she’ll just close my file. I did that filing the appeal myself and that was hard but they don’t care I still am on my own with where to go next and I don’t know what to do but they made me the bad person but I don’t want my information in there anymore if it’s this shady. I don’t have a problem with anyone else this was not nice. I tried with this agency and it was disgusting behavior on someone with no support or help and they treated me like I’m crazy.

I've been calling for the past 4-5 days and no one answers. I have left multiple message and i have not received a return phone call. This is pretty frustrating when my parents are hitting rock walls without help. I will have to get time off from work which is very inconvenient because you do not pay for my time off. This office needs a receptionist or operator who can answer the phones and assist people who have trouble hearing please. Not Fair to people who can't hear and being elder. Tired of calling every day and saying your closed every day. Understand and consider our frustration.

Great place to donate incontinence supplies, wheelchairs, and sanitary wipes. They help people with disabilities and their staff is so friendly beginning with the lady in reception area. Knowledgeable staff.

VOLAR is great for supporting disabled people if you get caught by police officers you can count on them to tell them your disabled and under medication or just disable! VOLAR is a great place to learn how to survive with a disability!#1 Jose Lara
