Beautiful church! Sunday Mass was almost full which is nice to see. The priests face the tabernacle for Mass and there's much more reverence shown than in so many other Catholic churches these days. Parishioners were all very friendly. Wish this was my church but I was just traveling through.

Absolutely. Beautiful. Church. My husband and I are living right now here in port la vaca. While my husband is working in port comfort.. I been twice to the church and. I love the service on Sundays. So. I took my husband on his day off and loved it. We will continue going until we're here in port la vaca.... God bless you ..

What a beautiful Mass! We are in town visiting my dad and I haven’t been to Port Lavaca since 2016 so a lot has changed in 6 years including the most amazing renovation! The pastor is just as incredible, his homily was deep and profound and inspiring. I have been struggling with my faith since basically the start of the pandemic and having to only attend Mass online made it worse. This was my first time back to in person Mass since the lockdown (March 2020) and I’m so thankful! During Mass, Father faces the tabernacle so it is more reverent. The music is also beautiful with the organ. The community is close-knit and vibrant and truly faith-filled— you can tell from the number of vocations coming from this tiny but mighty parish in the middle of nowhere Port Lavaca. Wish we lived here so we can be part of the parish. Truly a piece of Heaven. Thank you, Father for the warm welcome! May God bless this parish abundantly 🙏🏽

This has become nothing but a way to generate cash of the people of prot lavaca, very disappointing to see how this church is run and how the grounds are kept
Millions wasted on making this place look appealing to people when those funds could be greatly helpi g the community, all the while this church cant even afford to put out a couple garbage cans so that its people can help to keep the facility clean

Absolutely beautiful church. Loved Fathef Tom and became friends with him immediately. It was a first visit for us passing through going to POC. We will be going to Mass here again next time we head to POC.
