The Legal Aid Office in Brownwood has helped me immensely with a divorce case and a possible eviction case. They spoke in my behalf to my landlord and prevented my Eviction. They are very well-versed in Domestic Violence issues. I would recommend these attorneys to anyone needing their help.

Could not live in our apartment for eight days. Landlord demanded full rent. I contacted this organization for help. Was told too bad how sad. Sent to resources that did not even cover our area. Ended up having to stand the entire cost of the rent. Absolutely no help from them after spending over an hour on the phone doing the intake. So disappointed!!!!
