The staff is phenomenal. My husband was receiving 5 day a week rehab until I brought him home. He’s been coming here since October, 2 days a week, and he’s made more progress than he was. Sara, Josh, Jocelyn and K-Lynn are amazing and are certainly doing Gods work.

Just want to give a shout out to Brownwood Hospital (ER). I have long sang the tune of “If I’m dying don’t take me to BMC, take me to a vet.” But last night they proved me wrong. The level of care and expertise we experienced last night was unmatched. Each nurse was kind and compassionate not to mention very knowledgeable. The doctor was incredible and took his time to go very extensive detail over everything. The staff was prompt with care and identifying the issue. I haven’t been there in a long time (Praise God!) but they have turned things around in a MAJOR way since my last visit. With that being said, thank you Brownwood ER for treating my family as if it was yours. I hope to never see you again but if I do, I find comfort in knowing that mine and my family’s life and care is in your hands.

I had a total knee replacement at Hendrick Medical Center in Brownwood and was extremely pleased with the entire surgery and nursing staff’s professionalism, kindness and thoughtfulness throughout the entire surgery process. I am so thankful that I chose Hendrick Medical Center for this procedure.

The folks at Walker Cancer Center are awesome. Anytime you hear the word “cancer”, especially as it pertains to you, it’s scary. My radiation ladies were simply amazing, as were the reception ladies, Miz Gail, and all of the nurses that helped me through this part of my cancer journey. Was extremely pleased with my care there. The radiation therapy girls were always upbeat and sweet to me and I really appreciate how they handled my care. Can’t thank each and every one of you enough. God Blessed me with you. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hospital! From the moment I was brought to the ED, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the doctors, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The level of expertise and attention to detail was outstanding, and I felt like I was in the best hands every step of the way. The facilities were clean, and well-maintained. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care I received here and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking compassionate & excellent medical treatment!

Y husband was brought in for a possible heart attack, he told them all his symptoms and the fog he was in and we were put on the back burner for 6 hours until they went to draw blood for a second time. When he told them again he immediately got a room. Fast forward to 7 hours later. MRI was done 6 hours ago and still no results. Come on people he could have died how many times since we got here. This is so ridiculous we could have driven to Comanchee and received better care. Step up and at least act like you care

There is an amount of irreversible trauma that can be done to a person by forcing irreversible trauma onto a loved one. Every request was responded to by an excuse, every 'actionable' response took hours of excuses after excuses. I have to assume every doctor here was hired after barely passing their medical training and the nurses only respond to tasks on their computer. My father was tortured, every action they took was wrong and lazy. I pray to God I never need to be treated here.

Thank you for treating me very well everyone who checked on me was very respectful, friendly, and compassionate. The doctor was a wonderful man with a big heart. He made me feel safe during my small hemorrhage tonsillectomy. He did his best for me. I will always remember him and think of him. Thank you for all that you guys did for me. God bless you all.
