I have been a tenant of this location for about 80 days rehabbing from an illness. The staff he’s treated me with respect and kindness always. The physical therapist and his staff have provided me with everything I have needed to get to the point that I’m able to resume a regular schedule as close as possible. The facility is clean and well kept. It is my prayer that I never need this type of treatment and help again. If by some chance it becomes necessary I would have no hisitation returning to Cooperas Hollow again

My father was there. He received the best care and rehabilitation. I was very hesitant about putting him in a nursing home. But it was necessary. The team there was the best! And the facilities are clean and professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Copperas hollow is an amazing place to work and care for residents. We treat the residents like we want to treated.

My mother had about a 19 day stay there and the care there lacked a lot to be desired. When she would push the call button to get help with something she has to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Sometimes up to a half an hour. It just seems like a lot of the staff there just don't care. When we went to pick her up I just went in there and got her and my brother and I loaded her up with no help at all. She is better off at home with my wife and I.

Agreed that people here do lie. Staff is very rude very much out to get money and not take care of your loved one. They say one thing and its the opposite. I called and asked for a relative to be ready for pick up an hour or later arrived to find the relative in their dirty clothes. Would not recommend this nursing home . They cannot keep things straight they are very fake and will lie straight to your face . Will not be coming back here sure.

One of my visits was horrifying. The floor was sticking to my shoes from door to bathroom. Sheets were filthy. I had to ask a few times and the cleaning crew were very kind to clean floor and my shoes and Chang sheets. times this

It's a dive the roof is need of serious repair for years now some of the rooms have mold and as for staff there is no social worker no mds coordinator the director of nursing is leaving as is the director of therapy as they're hands are tied due to no money and lack of leadership, they do have a new administrator as the last was relieved of his duties for tell the staff the owner was flat broke !
