They will help you get food you just have to suffer a little mishandling and discrimination to get it. I've gone here several times and could no longer take how rude and possibly racially biased one of the employees behind the counter is. She doesn't like people coming for help who are not of a hispanic background. I watched her on several occasions make black help seekers move aside who were already there and push her hispanic counter parts/ associates to the front of the line(she is hispanic with long black hair she usually sits to the right of the woman who appears to be caucasion and older). I watched her (short hispanic woman with long black hair) assist hispanic people with care and concern and African american/ black people with indifference and annoyance. I no longer go here for help as I would rather not deal with that type of treatment. I did report the issue nothing of course was done. They said she was following procedures. It seems she has to follow the procedures for other ethnicities but she doesn't have to follow them for her friends family and those who share her ethnicity. Special treatment? Why the difference in treatment? I don't know if she is a racist or separatist but I get overwhelming anxiety at just the thought of going there now.

God sent people who helped me and my daughter in time of need. The food I received was a blessing. It consist of ground beef, bread, potato chips, grapes, apples nectarines, potatoes, carrots, onions in large quantities. It was a friday, and you register in the front office, they give you a card, and you drive to the back of the building, and a nice gentleman asked me did I want the groceries in the trunk or back seat. Oh don't forget to go online and setup a appointment time. I also received help with my utilities. To God be the glory, thanking him everyday for his angels on earth. Thank you for the encouraging video. It was very informative. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good.

From what I could tell, the people there mean well, but I did not appreciate getting home and seeing the food that I received was well past the best by date. They covered the clearly old and moldy produce with dirty carrots, rice, and other non perishables. I understand that they may not be getting enough donations but to give people in need inedible trash is unacceptable. Not to mention during our counselor meeting one of the counselors jumped into religion and about sin; asking about whether or not we knew where we would end up. I was told I would be counseled about the program, not about who I serve. Please be mindful about who you preach to and what items you give out, because my experience was offensive and unjust.
