The employees, at first glance, seem genuine and appear to care about finding children good homes. Unfortunately that is not the case. Gabrielle is the only one I worked with that I can honestly say is first rate! I was very forthright in all aspects of my life. I have been told before that you can get denied for withholding information. I was told today that they would not be approving me today. Why? Because I failed to mention that I had gone through the process before. I went through another agency with my ex about 2 yrs ago. We were approved, but we decided to go another route. My ex and I were not married and I was not listed as the parent adopting, only a guardian. I explained that I didn’t mention it because I didn’t think that was what were asking for when they asked about dealing with another agency. I thought they wanted to know if I was trying to use another agency while I was using them. Erika insinuated that I was lying and that I was hiding something. Please do not use this agency. So many children are in need of a loving home. This agency doesn’t care about the kids. I came to them wanting to adopt a teenage girl and was open to any race. I am not giving up on adoption. I know I can provide a good, safe, loving home to a child. To whoever is reading this best of luck in your adoption journey! And never ever give up!!!!
