One star is over rating. I won't go there again. Poor communication, exam was halfass. Not to mention they take no responsibility for their mistakes. They blamed me for putting in my wrong birthday even though they asked me to confirm during my exam. Plus I had to take pictures of my drivers license and insurance card so they had my information. Took me 22 hours to get my prescription!

Fast pace urgent cares are a scam!! They will not give antibiotics. I was almost put in hospital because I needed an antibiotics and the NP refused and said to call back in a few days. 5 days after I was seen it was in my lungs I called back and she wanted me to come back in, pay another $250 and then she would see if I needed a antibiotic!! I went to my family doctor and he was so mad that they had let me get that bad! He said he has heard and seen multiple patients have problems or be hospitalized due to Fast pace not treating patients!! THEN THEY CHARGED MY CARD A MONTH LATER WHEN I CLEARLY SAID DO NOT KEEP MY CARD ON FILE!! Whatever the insurance don’t pay (already paid $200 upfront) bill me!! DO NOT GO TO A FAST PACE!!!

I’m camped at Norris Dam and had a medical problem. I went to Fast Pace Urgent Care in Rocky Top. I checked in and did the paperwork and I was seen in less than a half an hour. They got me taken care of very quickly and they were very professional and kind.

I went to the Rocky Top Tn facility on Sunday. Everyone there is so professional, kind and genuinely cared about what I was dealing with. This team of people work so well together. When you feel sick it’s nice to be surrounded by a group of positive professionals who you KNOW are there for you! I recommend them to everyone!

The lady at the desk wasn't very pleasant. I was not even spoke and I was the only one there. The Dr and nurse was very good and very friendly.

They are the rudest ppl I’ve seen for ppl that work in the public, and ever since Tucker left a Sierra left the back is just as bad. I’ll never use them again. And top it off they wrote me a prescription that needed a pre-authorization and then I called back and they said oh we don’t do pre-authorizations I’m sorry.
