My kids love this place. We brought my oldest back in March to help him learn some self defense and he loved it. My youngest loves it there too! The environment is just relaxed and laid back. The parents are always nice to each other. The instructors are great at interacting with the students and nonstudents. They play with the littles during water breaks or stretches. My oldest has gained a large amount of confidence since starting here and I have the instructors to thank for that! Great job you all!

I’ve been training in martial arts since I was 16, and now at 32, I can confidently say this is one of the best schools I’ve had the privilege to be a part of. I’ve been training and teaching here for about 7 months, and I’m continually impressed by the quality of the classes, the expertise of the instructors, and the overall atmosphere of the gym.
