The receptionist and nurse was friendly and very welcoming. The doctor on the other hand was kind of harsh and not very friendly; professional but not welcoming. I would recommend Crossroads if you’re looking for outpatient MAT substance abuse treatment.

Friendly professional staff. The main reason i chose them was the fact that there are.over 200 locations so no matter where i am or i plan to be i can get to a center for sure! They work w you on scheduling and are w always accessible 24/7!

All the staff members are extremely patient understanding and makes a difference because I can tell they truly listen. It’s rare nowadays for a nurse too. Listen to what’s going on in your life even though other patients are waiting. The doctors are amazing! Dr. Rizk and Dr. Roa are extremely professional, patient, understanding & you can feel that they truly truly care. If anyone out there is struggling with addiction, Crossroads I know has at least three locations in East Tennessee.. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone that seriously wants to change their life for the good

So my BF & I had to attend the Oak Ridge clinic and we were in and out fairly quick..staff was nice. I did not care for the Dr...i feel if you have a job like that being judgemental isnt good for you or the recovering addicts....
