love the layout of the store and all the employees i have came across are nice . The security guard today helped me with my toddler . I needed help with my baby carrier and he did it with no hesitation ! First time using the bathrooms and they’re very clean and surprisingly smell good. Aisles are always organized .

THE ONLY complaint i have is the writing prices on the actual product . I don’t know why thrift stores do it but it’s such a turn off to see numbers in big black letters on the product . Shoes are like this too . This however did not take away from my overall experience. Cashier was amazing as well since I didn’t know wednesdays are 30% off day

Hello everyone I got this nicely used side table from thriftsmart. I've been a member just under 6mths and haven't been disappointed yet. I passes many thrift stores to get here and the drive is worth it, so cone join us and get almost all your needs met plus some desires. God is good.

Ok I know I gave five stars, and I do love this store, I've been coming here for years and it's always well stocked with friendly employees. BUT I wish they would stop using the most adhesive stickers in the world. I have several books and VHS tapes that have been damaged simply because they were on the shelf at this store. I hope management sees this. Certain other stores use a dry erase marker on the spine and it's easy to wash off. Why not do that? Or find less sticky stickers? It's not like someone's going to peel off the sticker and casually walk out of the store with a book. Who brings a book INTO a thrift store?

Pleased to see helpful, smiling employees and plenty of them. Organized and clean. The jewelry counter was set up beautifully and with care. They have a manned fitting room , that added to the department store feel. They had everything you could think of. The prices were compareable to thrift stores in the area. I appreciated they carried expensive brands in the store at low prices instead of putting those items in online auctions like big brand thrift stores do. We definitely will be back again. We had a great haul with our Christmas money!!

Spent several hours in store today for 50% off day sale. As usual found great bargains. The tea set was my favorite find along with pillows for my living room and designer skirt and top.

I can't say enough about this ThriftSmart. They are soo sweet, helpful, kind! From the jewelry counter, the store clothes rack, & other departments to the register & management. So consideration for the customer. The store has a generous stock of 👟 shoes, clothes, jewelry plus home goods.
Nice clean bathrooms for our comfort & conveince. I enjoy so much hearing nice peaceful 🕊️music. It's just a wonderful atmosphere!! Thank you all very much for your kindness!

Great selection, reasonable prices, and wonderful staff. My daughter needed help with some jewelry, and the cashier who helped her was absolutely delightful. The cashier who checked us out asked if we qualified for any discounts. Everyone was friendly, the store was clean and organized, parking was easy and free, and my daughter and I found exactly what we were looking for. Overall, we had a perfect thrifting experience!
