Best non government rental company that I’ve rented from in all my yrs living. I been renting from this company longer than I wish to say. They are one of the best if not the best in Nashville. Respond quickly to maintenance request. Staff are all respectful & very easy to get along with. Very, very affordable, guess that’s why I stayed so long. I absolutely love this company, I’ve NEVER had a problem with ANYONE. I honestly need to consider taking advantage of Woodbine Homebuyer Program.

Suggested that I look for housing that is below average is rental rates And on properties that were very old in my experience. Most of these older homes are deplorable especially if the rent is reduced. How is this going to help anybody's housing situation. I am not so sure if she wasn't intentionally trying to be rude and condescending

I hope that organization goes out of business. Fails. Everyone who works for that organization loses their job. They have the lamest housing that anyone could ever live in. One in particular Village on the Green shared living properties are the work of Devil. They are all properties from hell. I lived at one of their properties for 3yrs and I wish that someone would burn it down along with the residents who live there and the property manager of the property 1701 11th Ave N Nashville Tennessee was one of the Woodbine's property. Property manager Lisa Marshall and Teresa Burns I wanted to beat those black women up. They are so lucky that I didn't. I wanted to break their necks and make them bleed 🩸. For what they did to me. Trust me I could have hurt them. They are fake imitation of Christians and black women who please their Caucasian boss. They turned my mom and All of my friends against me after they kicked me out of their property and they always treated me like a child and constantly control my life and scolded me every time anyone complains about me. To this day I will never forgive them and I hope that I outlive both of them and the residents who I got into with.

This place has a VITA site so you can get your taxes done for free (electronically filed). The wait can be long so bring a book or something to do. Sometimes they let you sign in then come back.

Bring your photo ID, the social security cards of everyone on your return, and all your tax documents like w-2s, etc.

The volunteers are helpful. Be patient with them as they are giving their time.

What you get with a neighbor that lives in a Woodbine Community organization home. Resident with about 10 cars, trailers and motor bike. Taking up half the street parking Obviously running a vehicle repair or of his home, against a city ordinance. Racing up and down the street with a loud muffler. Playing music in his car outside his house for hours. So loud that it can be heard as clear as day inside a home a block away at all hours of the evening. Woodbine is supposedly assisting with low income housing. But this is some sort of employee of the Woodbine Community organization as he drives a van with their logo. Makes you question whether this is truly helping those in need of they have so many cars.

False advertising. Today is the 17th a Monday and it states on VITA they are open today and no one’s there.doors are locked.
