I came across TRUE after I had been through a detox residential program for addiction. Everyone said that aftercare was very important to recovery. I knew I wanted to take my recovery seriously so I found TRUE in the heart of middle Tennessee. TRUE offers individualize therapy and groups that address each persons personal struggles. I have grown so much in my recovery. I am experiencing huge life changes and the people here have become my family. I can’t imagine going through the changes I am going through with out the support I get from TRUE. The atmosphere is safe and empowering. The facility is clean, chic, and welcoming. They even have these big comfy chairs if you are in need of a little nap. 😅 There’s always snacks, fresh coffee, and great community. I love it here and can’t imagine being anywhere else during the healing process of my recovery.

Just completed treatment at T.R.U.E today and the only problem I found..was that I wish I had found them sooner. The staff is top notch. They truly care and it shows. The CO/Founder has an awesome Vision that comes from Love. Hope he knows how much he has touched me and everyone around him.
So yeah 💯 5 Stars is saying it mildly..

I am currently in Tru and this program has saved my life. Every staff member there are more than helpful and they listen to your needs. I have been in several recovery centers but this one I can say from experience has manifested deep in my core. There is hope and there is a solution. Great program for recovery and mental health! Life changing courses and the staff actually care about you and your needs. They're all involved and willing to help you grow spiritually and mentally, it really doesn't get better than this. Words cant describe everything they've done or all ive learned here. Cant wait to see the programs future and how many saved life through this TRUE way to recover!

True is honest with their words they TRUELY care, they TRUELY want success for you, they are TRUELY blessing for people who are struggling especially fresh out of treatment and a judgment free zone.
