This church has a strong focus on mission work, but my family and I did not feel welcomed during our visit. Despite being greeted by no one, besides the designated greeters at the door, we chose to stay. Worship felt highly produced, and 25 minutes into the sermon, no scripture had been referenced, and they were mostly personal story’s of the pastor leading us to leave. I hope this feedback is helpful and reaches the appropriate audience.

When I visit Murfreesboro I look forward to worshipping at One Church Calvary. When I am back home in PA I watch on line every Sunday. I found them to be very friendly, enthusiastic, authentic and committed to excellent Biblical teaching. Photo is of a family child dedication on 3/25/23. Seems like they have one or more every Sunday.

All you have to do now is ask the home owners who live around this church and you’ll find out how good or bad it is. Churches are supposed to be a blessing and create peace. Now it has become chaotic, noisy, and a true annoyance to home owners who have lived here for years. I’m so thankful that Jesus came to disrupt and create this type of tension. Oh wait, he didn’t. Just capitalist loud Christians who know how to throw parties, raise money, and generate wealth but don’t know how to be a good neighbor. P.S. this review is after requests have been made to consider others in the area.

Great church home for all ages! I really love how family oriented One Church Calvary is and the people there have become like my family. Preacher preaches the word and doesn’t stray from it, people are friendly and caring, my kids ask me “how many days until church day” frequently throughout the week, and one church is very mission oriented. We are thankful to have found our home!

I Love this church! Great worship weekly! I Love the enthusiasm! The pastor teaches the word without shying away from anything! He is very knowledgeable about the historical and cultural relevance of the scriptures - so he helps explain ALOT of the background behind the teachings!! I am involved in a weekly connect group that encourages me and prays for me and my family! It is a huge blessing! Please come and get involved!

my husband and I moved to Murfreesboro worried we would never find a church that made us feel at home. from the moment we stepped in the doors (held open by the kindest and warmest smiling people), we felt so welcomed and so at home. we have met our best friends here and formed relationships that will last a lifetime. we have grown tremendously in our spiritual walk since being here. we love one church Calvary <3

I can’t say enough about Pastor Steve’s sermons; the outstanding worship team; the ministries that are available to all ages; the opportunity to attend academy classes and dive deeper into the Bible; and, the encouragement to meet in small groups to “connect” with each other and the community. It has been such a blessing to cultivate friendships with people who want to do life with you – who want to pray over you and your circumstances. One Church-Calvary is the ONE CHURCH where I feel at home.
