BEAUTIFULLY BROKEN COUNSELING -Ms. Sheila McKay Wow, Wow and Wow - What an extraordinary, gifted counselor God has put in my life during a very difficult time in my life! (diagnosis of breast cancer and death of my son and so much more) Ms. Sheila has been a true blessing in my life! I have never found a more suitable Christian counselor, such great faith! I look forward to my visits with Ms. Sheila I always leave my sessions feeling renewed and at peace!!! I felt a connection while viewing the website. My teen son sees Therapist Melissa for grief counseling after losing his brother. Melissa has been remarkably attentive to him since our first interaction. She is a professional, a great listener, transparent and flexible. We love Melissa and her ability to understand what really matters and what techniques work. My son has gained valuable insight, practical tools, and coping strategies that have positively impacted his life.
We highly recommend Melissa. She is truly a blessing, and God sent.

Beautifully Broken Counseling has been a godsend not only for me contracted as a Health Coach, but also the professional pastoral care That's my Daughter and I received there has been Outstanding! This practice is loving, caring, and offers the best care for when you are going through your worst in life. Going through a separation period with my husband has been very grieving. From my experience this practice has a very clear understanding that they want marriages to work if that is what you are working towards. If there is abuse they will call it out to help keep us clients safe. For me it has been amazing to help me heal, and to set healthy boundaries in my marriage and with myself. I highly recommend for young adult like my daughter who loves Melissa, and I highly recommend Cathy. This practice knows thier stuff!

I have been attending therapy there with Shelia for just over a year now and I have been truly blessed to have her walk with God and I on my journey. In-fact, I also am having my teenager work with her also and I am even more thankful to God for leading me here. Shelia understands trauma and behavior to a degree that can only be ordained by God and achieved through obedience to His direction. Truth is hard most of the time but in the right time, it is a gift. I will always be thankful for this practice for helping me learn how to be my true self that God made me to be.

I have seen Sheila for awhile now. She has always been so adjusting to meeting my schedule, which is very rare. Evenings, weekends, holidays, etc. I needed someone to remind me who I was and she did! Even through immense pain and darkness that our family has had to walk through, Sheila has always said..."God still has plan A for you, Heather." Wonderful at helping with resources and checking in on me. Such a prayer warrior as well! She has helped me to realize how codependency has been my life and it is time to change that to be healthy. Would recommend Sheila to anyone that is ready to face the truth of the present situation. Also, look at lies from the past that got you here and point you to the only one that can bring redemption out of such devastation, Jesus Christ.

I am so thankful that the Lord led me to Dr. Cathy Kirkland and Melissa Jackson! I see Dr. Cathy while my 16 year old daughter, who is autistic see's the art therapist, Melissa Jackson. Melissa was able to get through to my daughter by safely letting her explore her emotions through art. Dr. Cathy and Melissa are both very knowledgeable in guiding others and healing through the Holy Spirit. I absolutely recommend Dr. Cathy Kirkland and Melissa Jackson at beautifully Broken counseling. My teenage daughter is now showing confidence since seeing Melissa! I am so excited what more God has in store for my daughter with this therapist! I'm on a mission to be healed, and also have my daughter healed, and that's exactly what I'm getting.
