If you have to do the incredible awfulness of “supervised visitation” with your own children…this is a wonderful place to do it. Warm, friendly environment and kind and caring staff. My children felt very welcome and the visit was as easy to get through for me as such visits can be.

I remember seeing on a little whiteboard upstairs another parent had written “Daddy loves [child's name]” and I thought “I’m not alone in this.” That helped.

Not sure why someone would rate it 1 star; would be interested to hear the details of their experience.
