No one wants to see a love one go in to a nursing home but after speaking with mrs. Brenda Mayes i know my aunts in good hands she was so helpful and very polite and very helpful with any questions and concerns i may have had i would like to thank ccrc and mrs.mayes for treating our family with such good care while they being are adjusting to their new environment.

Is the adage"respect your elders" not a sign that we should be showing out elderly with the respect and dignity that they deserve? Some red flags that have went on in the community of rutherford County that I had noticed had me very concerned and then had gotten brushed aside,such as,unexplainable injuries or physical signs of punishment or restraints. Not to mention the brusing,scars,or burns. This in my medical opinion has led to multiple cases of emotional depression,anxiety,and changes in their behaviors. What do we call this lady's and gentlemen? I'll tell you what we call it. NEGLECT!!! When the administration department is aware of what is going on in the facility when it comes down to the almighty dollar, we would assume that they knew what is going on within their residents everyday life considering they are within their community. If they aren't doing anything about the elderly abuse considering they have 24 hours to report it and 48 hours to investigate then they are as guilty as the oppressor committing these actions,which is due to the lack of them being consistent with protocols,but let's not be too hard because they've worked so hard tracking their finances to pocket, so they see no need to care for the well being of our loved ones, which should be their key concerns. So i say if they dint get the proper comprehensive support that is needed within all Healthcare facilities, then they are putting our elderly loved ones at risk. Many cases of elder abuse goes unnoticed due to the victim feeling fear and shame,having cognitive decline,and lack of awareness. From an outside perspective, you would come to the conclusion that the administration of ccrc is not as concerned for the well being and safety of each and every elderly patient within their community. They say community "CARE" I say community "JOKE!!" So anyone from the outside if you have not ever visit the community or just peeked in for a surprise visit please do so that way you can see what goes on behind close doors, but take it from me ladies and gentlemen, whatever you do, don't take your loved ones to this facility unless you want to see them actively decline within a few weeks of you admitting them there.

I witness firsthand the care and love that the staff at community care put into their residents. Many of them spend more time here than in their homes, you will never find a more dedicated group of people to care for your loved ones. Thank you all for everything you do!

Been to a few events here, (Halloween & 4th of July) staff was pleasant and the people in their care seemed happy and enjoyed being around the people for the event.

Amazing staff!!!
This is the go to place for your loved ones!!
My mother is here and she is 92. I met someone that had their grandmother here and she lived to 107 at this facility.
I came down from Michigan and spent 2 weeks visiting my mother for many hours each day. I saw a lot. I saw how the staff each one of them love their job and take great pride in what they do. They all felt like family, there is so much love and respect. I absolutely fell in love with Tammy Pope and I'm thankful for this angel that works there. I see how busy she is but always paying attention to the residents with great care. Phyllis I really love Phyllis too I wish I could remember all the names because there is so many people there deserve to be mentioned in this post because of their empathy and professionalism. The kitchen staff too , I see people cleaning when they didn't know I was looking . Its a very clean facility. Does not smell like a typical nursing home.
My good bye to my mother was hard and a staff member cried as she witnessed it I think her name was Retta.
I felt great love here.
I would highly recommend this nursing home for your loved one. I was skeptical like no place is good enough for my mother, but this place is!!
Angels work here every single one of the staff!! I love all of them.

The staff goes above and beyond for the residents. Between huge holiday celebration and connecting with residents on a personal level i cant think of a better home to put my mother!

Horrific & TERRIBLE PLACE .

They done took my post down many of times . But I will keep posting and making sure they are known on how they treat there workers and loved ones .
