I don’t understand they say I’m out of their service area and I’m only 10 minutes away from them to me that doesn’t make any sense so they couldn’t help me because I was out of the service area and Hermitage in Mount Juliet is pretty close so and Hermitage is still part of Davison County so I don’t understand I’m really confused

I've got to update about this place,,, after today's visit I'm not so sure about Mount Juliet help center anymore,,,, when I got there they asked for a updated bill so I had to go get that but I've been there numerous times, but I asked could they use my driver's license she says no which I didn't understand why, after I get back they could only give me food for me and my son but not my husband because we could not prove he is living in the home,,, that was totally not understandable, then when I finally got food for me and my son, they gave me loads of bread and sweet stuff, no kind of meat or anything of nutritional value at all, and I'm wondering where they do with all there donations, because at this point I'm wondering if they don't take the good stuff home with them, I'm not coming back here at all, I can go to a blessing box and get more.... and most of the stuff they keep out front looks like someone played football with the food.... . And my thing is you get all this food donated you do not buy it, but we all got to prove where we come from, if someone comes in that's hungry I think there liscenses should be enough long as they live in your county ... I never got one package of meat at all, all I got was a few can goods and granola bars, and one box of mac and cheese and a few other things that was it, this was not worth my time!!!! Everyone needs to question where there donations are going for sure before you donate.... so basically if a homeless person came in that was hungry you would denie them food because they can't prove where they live, there's allot of rules needs to change on stuff like this because that's crazy....

Great place. They really need monthly donations. Even $20 a month would really help them. They do so much for the community and help so many people.
