Really wish we had another option for a soccer league for my kids in the area. It seems every game or practice there is an issue. Whether it’s parents trying to fight coaches, refs letting the kids beat each other up, parents wishing kids from the other teams would get hurt, or no communication about games or practices getting canceled. It’s always something and it’s just so disappointing because my 3 kids are at the age levels where they are still just learning the game and developing new skills.
The league claims to have all these rules for parents, coaches, and players yet they never actually hold anyone accountable to these rules. Maybe next season will be better.

Although this is a well kept soccer park there is much to say about how the organization is ran. The coaches are all volunteered based and some do not possess the skills nor patience it takes to work with children. They have to find an area within the city to hold practices as the ‘club’ does not allow practices to be scheduled nor held on the playing fields. It is the volunteer coach who has take the responsibility to locate a field or request access to the area schools or churches for use of their land. I have witnessed unfair and cruel treatment of the children from several of the coaches from the sidelines and those parents who allow that to happen are blind. The coaches scream, yell, and belittle the team if they lose or are not performing up to the coaches standards. Some coaches have taught or encourage their players to pinch, pull, hit, and punch the opposing teams if they are losing and over half of the referees are blind as well. They do not call fouls or pull any yellow or red cards when it is more than evident that players are acting underhanded. Furthermore, where is all the money spent on the fees that the parents pay for registration? This recreational ‘club’ brought in more than $250,000 for the fall season and the only people they pay monetarily are the untrained, uneducated referees. The referees are high school aged kids that could care less if the players are pulling fouls and every underhanded trick they can just to score.
The parking spaces are a joke compared to the number of participants and parents that you have. There is not anyone patrolling the parking lots and anyone parks in the handicap spots to include motorcycles. There are only 2 ways in and out of this park and in order to make it to your game on time you have to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled game just to find a parking spot. I have seen better ran organizations and when you reach out to the director or those other representatives to complain, they just brush you off.

Have their own set of rules for certain people and teams. Fair reffing of games does not happen at all games. If there was another association in my county for soccer, I would attend that one.
