Nonprofit that helps people sat at my hood with the bus running for 45 minutes after my wife asked for a jump start. How is that being resourceful for the community? Driver said he didn't know where the battery was located so one can only assume the driver doesn't perform the required pretrip inspection on the vehicle that he's transporting people in. So apparently not a very safety oriented company. What kind of nonprofit says no when someone asks for help. Driver of bus 515 on Oct 13 2023. 12:00pm

This is the probation office for Loudon County as well as a transport option for Lenoir city, etc. The staff here are wonderful, and they truly go out of their way to help others?!

I give them a 1 only because 0 isn't available. They have never answered any of the times I have attempted to contact them by phone. Their probation officer, my son, needed to talk with about paying the court ordered fees he owed, as he was no longer on probation, came out of her car yelling and screaming at him, as well as my daughter-in-law and myself. She had no idea who she was even talking to. She came out of her car with a chip on her shoulder and decided to take it out on us. I find this agency negligent, rude, crude, and completely uninterested in the people they are there to help learn to stay out of trouble with the law. They are only interested in the money they can get out of the people on probation.
