I couldn't have ask for a more comforting place to stay after my son was born. Everyone was so nice, and understanding of what you are going through, because most were going through the same thing, if not something worse. It was nice being so close to my son, and being able to visit him in the NICU, at all visitation times. ❤

I just wanted to leave this here!

I just had a baby a week ago. I have been in the hospital due to high blood pressure for 8 days after.

Well the Manager Tayna I believe is her name broke the rules of the house!

Insted of waiting for me to get discharged from the hospital like she was supposed to. Let my alcoholic mother come in there and act a fool!! So now she kicked her, me my husband and my 4 year old daughter out of the house when I haven't even spent 1 night there myself!!

I just had major surgery and my son is still in NICU! Now we have no place to stay until he is released from this hospital, and we live 2 hours away!

Very unprofessional and RUDE!!!!!

The volunteers are wonderful! Everyone is in the same situation, a child in the NICU, and everyone tries to help each other out as much as possible whether its emotional support or giving you a ride to the store. It's a wonderful community...I'm very thankful for all of the help I have received during my family's stay.

It has been many years since my wife and I travelled to chattanooga. We were far from home and our son's were in the NICU. It was amazing how well they provided for us and we are forever grateful.

That has always stuck in my mind, the house is beautiful and warm. And a nice place to try and relax during the few hours you aren't sitting by the bedside of your loved one.

Thank you for everything.

Was made to feel at home here. Had to stay here in August of 2000 due to a very bad car accident that put my kids in T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital. They to at the hospital were AWESOME. So friendly and treated you like family. Explained everything in detail and stayed on top of my babies needs. I hope I don't ever have to experience anything like this again but if so would go to this place in a heartbeat.
