I believe this place is a scam for rental assistance.

You need to be one of the first 15 callers starting at 9 AM Mon . - Wed.

Me and a friend have tried this for many weeks, exactly at 9 AM. There is no option to speak to a person and when I talked to staff, I was told 600 people call in at once. I challenge that because I do not believe 600 people call at the same time.

I spoke 211, who said they also needed help with rent and had the same issue.

If you've received rental assistance,please leave a review, and if you haven't received assistance, leave review. Wipe these people off of 211.

I've had 6 different churches tell me to go here for emergency help. They open at 9 and are out of funds by 9:15. If all you need is food then they can help. Food doesn't really help if you have no way to prepare it. I can't get help because I

They're good by helping if you can reach them I start calling 9: am and it was busy by 9:03 it was full I tried calling 8:30 up to 9 am and still none stop at least a 100 calls 😭 until 9:03 told me they were full two mornings in a row then I called the 624- 9650 # just to be told to call the 9654# and music played for a while until the call just ended, I just need help I was told last week that they would return on the 22nd of July to help I called on the 22nd and help with assistance after finally reaching someone so on the 22nd from 8:30to 9:00 on repeat and by9:00 they were full,i thought that they open at 9: am so why the recording telling me that they're full and then Ive tried to call even up to 8:54 -9:00 on the 23rd and still couldnt get through i finally called the other number back the 624_9654 that the 624-9650 was telling me to call and then the 624-9654 number would tell me that i wontnow its saying to call back on the 29th I don't understand no matter how early I start calling or even on 9:00 as the recording says I can't get through,it doesn't take away that with help you it's just needs to be an easier way that's all hoping that on the 29th i can get through this time tired and worried

There are not many avenues of help for people when things get hard, call 311 and get their charity #'s list and call..you'd be surprised and possibly disappointed how far the help extends. There are a lot of "non-profit" agencies dipping into the funding in town, A LOT and yet there just isn't any help for most people. MetMin definitely fills a void, it is very hard to get through, Monday and Tuesday seem easier, Ive taken my elderly neighbor for free legal advice
